Private suite vacation rentals in Orange County

I have rented Lara’s place for my cousin and her husband when they visit me for several years now. It’s a lovely little apartment close to town. I’m happy that it has been available and reasonably priced!

Yvonne’s place was incredible. The pictures do not do the view justice, even in the winter it was beautiful. The inside was very cozily furnished and decorated, we loved the record player and telescope. We traveled from the city by train and had no issues but the trip would be easier with a car. Plenty of food delivery services available. Would highly recommend Yvonne’s place and would definitely visit again!

Loved our stay. It was only for a night but the place was really nice. Very peaceful and quiet. You are by the road and you can occasionally hear a train pass by but nothing crazy and we had a peaceful sleep and rest. Would 100% stay again!!

We had a great stay at Lambrini's place. She was very kind, and we had all we needed during our stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops with ease. The only concern we had was how close we were to the fire station. It only happened twice, but this Oklahoma family thought they were tornado sirens (hahaha)! We visit the area often and will definitely keep her place at the top of our list.

My new favorite place to stay at when in Beacon! If you love being close to the Main Street and still be by the trees and the creek, this place is for you. The shops and restaurants are literally steps away — definitely the best airbnb location I’ve had in Beacon, I almost want to keep it a secret haha! The place is homey, very clean, and had all the basics that we needed during our stay. On top of all that, Seth is a superb host who’s super responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Highly recommended!

We only stood for one night but the stay was great; the jacuzzi was clean and functioned very well, I feel like it's hard to find jacuzzis that' actually work well when staying in airbnbs. The gym was well equipped with a range of weights up to 100lb dumbbells which is also hard to find in home gyms .

This was our 2nd time there, won’t be the last. So convenient to all of the downtown spots. Cozy and comfortable, and the Wine Bar is a true gem! Great little getaway!

Wonderful rental! Just like the photos show it is thoughtfully decorated and absolutely peaceful - a place where you can feel at home. We had a busy itinerary visiting Storm King Art Center and Dia and wished we had planned for more downtime to just enjoy the house and garden. We highly recommend the guest suite.

This was a great stay! We felt right at home and could not have asked for a closer Airbnb to USMA! Doris was a great host and very helpful.

This is a great location in a half-basement with excellent decor as shown in the posting photos and with a full laundry and good kitchen that looks out on the large and grassy backyard. The bath has exposed plastic and copper water pipes near the ceiling that are convenient (after a quick brush off of dust on top) for extra room for hanging towels so they dry fast, but it's a mystery why big bubbles of old yellowish expanded foam at either end of the pipes and along the floor next to the WC have never been cut back flush with the adjacent wall and baseboard. In the entry room there is a steady drip from the apparent condensate drain just below the ceiling. When our son came in ahead of us to drop off some food the cleaning ladies had multiple windows open because the dryer wasn't connected to the vent so hot air was pouring into the bnb. Fortunately, he was able to reconnect the connection and later the a/c worked well and all the windows could be shut.

Mark’s place was exactly what we needed. We attended to a friend’s wedding and all the other days we did something else in the city. It is a great place to sleep and prepare your breakfast in the mornings and even a steak at night if you are hungry. Mark is a very nice person and was very friendly and communicative. Looking forward to repeat the place in the future.

We had a great stay! The view from the bedroom is beautiful especially with the snow fall. Aric left some snacks and wine for us during our stay which was very nice! Would encourage anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to stay here!

The Best Little Studio in Beacon was exactly as advertised! Great location with action all around but plenty of privacy. And Garth let me use his offstreet parking, which helped during the Beacon Flea Market days and weekends when the town got lively. I stayed there for a month while I had some work in the area and it all worked out great!

Cozy place to rest in after a hike. The rooms are clean and adorned with a variety of interesting decorations.
