My family and I loved staying at Miryan's place! It was perfect for us while we visited family in Beacon. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well set up for us to cook meals there during our stay. We even hosted my 5 year old niece during one of the days and there were plenty of toys/games for her to play with! Miryan was a very responsive and friendly host and check in was very easy. Highly recommend staying here, we will use her again!

The place and pictures are very accurate. Communication was great. It has a lovely sunroom sitting area off the kitchen. It is on the second floor. Very close to the waterfront, there are many different dining options. It was recently renovated and all decor is really nice.

Tito's place was cozy and truly a home away from home. He put so much thought into this space and his story is inspirational. He is also a great host and super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment right on Main Street. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the restaurant next door, but very quiet once they close. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay! Yes, it’s a small space but so thoughtfully laid out, and it has everything you could possibly need, including a full kitchen and sizable bathroom. It was a short walk to Main Street, which has all the great shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself was really quiet and peaceful. Dan provided clear instructions on everything and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Would stay again!

Donna’s place was just as described and the perfect comfy cozy space for 2. Donna was friendly and welcoming. She provided not only clear instructions on all details of her rental but also plenty of local recommendations. The proximity to shops is amazing (walking distance) while you still find yourself in a private and tranquil space to relax. Her place is spotless!

This apartment/suite was quite spacious and a great place to stay for two people visiting Newburgh on a weekend. It was walkable to the restaurants and stores on the waterfront as well as those located on Liberty street. It was also a quick drive to Beacon. At night, it was very quiet. In addition, the co-hosts were quite responsive. I highly recommend this property to stay at when visiting the area.

We have stayed at a good amount of places in Warwick and Patrick’s place was our favorite stay. Super clean and cozy place that was absolutely walkable to the village area. The heated bathroom floors were a game changer and the fireplace stove in the sun room allowed for a very comfortable stay. Will def book Patrick’s place again.

This was my third stay at Marty's. I keep coming back because the apartment is cozy, the bed is super comfortable and Marty is a great host. If you're looking for a place to stay in Goshen this is it.

We actually did not end up staying -- Nicholas had the nightmare scenario of renovations going too far over schedule. Nicholas contacted us and fixed the problem -- he identified another very nice place for us (and I think he may have paid a bit extra). So, although we did not actually see his apartment, we were very appreciative of how he fixed the issue. Next time we stay at Cornwall, we are looking forward to seeing their place (and its renovated bathroom). Greg and Alyce

Juliette's home was such a lovely stay. This historic home was located just a few minutes from Thayer gate. It looks exactly like the photos show. It comes stocked with not only the essentials, but I was ecstatic to find there was creamer already in the fridge for my morning coffee! I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was very roomy for my partner and I, and the area was very walkable. It was very clean and comfortable.

Everything you’d need for a weekend getaway.

This condo is exactly what we were looking for. It was a last minute decision to take the kids for a quick ski trip. The location cannot be any more perfect. Literally right on the “bunny hill.” We thoroughly enjoyed watching the night skiers coming down the slopes. Friday night skiing is definitely busier on the slopes because of all the kids bused in from school for “Friday night Ski Clubs.”…. But it did not deter us from going out and night skiing. Kitchen was well equipped (except for oven mitts, but I improvised with using washcloths.) We cooked in the kitchen for every meal, which worked out perfectly The dining area is roomy and still has views to the slopes. The fireplace was our favorite part. I honestly can say this was probably the cleanest AirBNB I’ve ever booked, and I have booked quite a bit. We will DEFINITELY be back. Joe is VERY responsive. I had a question about the coffee maker, as I was grocery shopping the morning of, and he got back to me within minutes.

Our stay at Joe’s Airbnb was fantastic! The condo was incredibly clean, perfectly located near the pool and perfect walking distance to the slopes. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the slopes at Mountain Creek.

The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

So clean and nice

I highly recommend anyone to book this location! We were heading back from vacation up north and needed a place to stay half way. Kim’s house was the perfect place to stay. My family felt right at home and had a restful night of sleep before the last part of our drive home. Look no further than this listing! The hot tub was a nice addition to a beautiful home in a peaceful location. If we end up in this area again, we will be booking Kim’s home for a second time!

This condo was very comfortable to stay in. The furnishings & wall art are all very nice. The complex itself is rustic, perfect for its mountain location.
