Such a pretty area and peaceful area. Real nice apt. I loved having the decks to sit on in the morning listening to the birds. Enough beds for all of us and comfy too. Thank you for all your kind help and making our stay enjoyable Sal! He’s a great host and replies pretty quickly which was very helpful.

What a great apartment only minutes from the Main Street. Eva was extremely responsive and the apartment had everything one could need - and super clean and not noisy. Highly recommend.

Cozy spot in the Hudson Valley region, secluded but not too far of a drive to town. Beautiful clean and updated interior, serene woods behind the house with a hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. We took easy day trips to Beacon, Kingston, and West Point from here. Sahir was gracious and responsive as a host. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at Gary and Christine’s place in Beacon. Cute house, lots of room, quick walk to the brewery or Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

I am so glad that I found Yvonne's place. It was perfect for my group. Clean, tons of beds, laundry facilities, and a great kitchen that enabled 9 or so of us to cook dinner for a group of 20. We were so thrilled to learn there was a propane grill with propane in it, ready to go. The beds were comfortable. The showers provided plenty of hot water. The living room was comfy and cozy with nice couches that were comfortable enough to sleep on. I would stay here again and again if the opportunity arises.

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful stay in Catherine’s beautiful and charming home. She was super communicative and takes great care to make sure her guests have everything they need. The location is great - everything is walkable as described. I can’t wait to return to Catherine’s the next time I’m in Beacon!

We were traveling back from New England to Virginia and this was a great halfway point for a nights stay with our infant and dog. Would recommend to anyone needing multiple bedrooms and was very beautiful scenery! Want to come back in the summer months to see what Greenwood Lake is all about. Highly recommend!

Nicely rebuilt top (3rd) level of an older home. Easy access via outdoor stairs to 2nd level then enter inside & one more flight to top. Newly constructed private outdoor patio looked great but the weather didnt allow us to enjoy it. Superhost immediately replaced broken coffee maker, caffeine addicted guests were very grateful! Hope to return to the area & will rebook if available.

They were super hospitable, friendly, and gave great recommendations for spots nearby.

The place was exactly as described! What I loved most was how everything was clean and well-prepared, such as the multiple space heaters for a winter stay or directions on how to find the home & park. The hosts live in the same building, so easy to contact if needed. One note for those who are extremely sensitive to this, the beds were spring mattresses and not luxurious, but fine overall. Nothing that should deter you from booking, but a callout to those who are very particular! If I’m ever in the area again, I’d book again.

Laurie is so nice and responsive. She already had dog bowls ready and made sure we checked in. She also had a cute sign for us and awesome little goodies. Few more great things: 1. Plenty of kitchen equipment. 2. Warm heater 3. Easy parking

We didn’t have time to cook there but the kitchen would have had what I needed. Concerned host reached out when we had delays in travel and a very late check in. Lots of space. Stairs entering building are steep but sturdy if you have someone with knee issues. Bar next door causes some noise to be heard in kitchen area but it was still quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Wonderfully close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc.

Rosemary’s place was very comfortable! My son and I stayed there to be near Legoland and some outdoor activities. Her place was the perfect size for us. We had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, and we were able to walk around around the corner to the pizza place or the Mexican restaurant. Everything was very clean and the AC worked great. There was a swing set out back that my son was very excited about, and a lovely yard. It was peaceful and quiet.

He was great at communicating how to get in and out. It had everything that was listed and even though the central AC wasn't working, there was a portable one and it was clearly stated on the thethermostat very clearly stated that they were waiting on rhe part and apologized. There were extra pillows and blankets to use. Plus the place was at a beautiful location. Plenty of things to do and he provided places to see/visit.

I had a phenomenal time with my stay ! everything was conveniently close, I got to see everyone snowboarding having a good time , all the lights on the mountain lit up at night, I’d say most places are about a 5-10 minute drive, the place is spacious, comfy with beautiful views from the bedroom, living room and the outdoor deck facing the mountains, definitely a time to remember

My sons and I stayed for New Years Eve, and had the most wonderful stay!! We arrived early and hit the ski slopes, then checked in, had lunch and a rest, and then ski some more. After that the kids had a blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and after dinner we enjoyed a fireworks display that was terrific. The condo was SPOTLESS and very well maintained. The one and only glitch was with the keyless entry, at first it was giving me an error message, but Paul responded to my mesaage within about 5-10 minutes and straightened it out. I would love to revisit this AB&B again! Fabulous host, great location for a winter getaway!

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing experience, the perfect for a couple or family ski get away. Clean immaculate house with gorgeous views and so close to the ski resort! Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo. We were only able to stay one night, but it was perfect. The place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The foliage from the terrace this time of year was absolutely remarkable to see. We will definitely be back this winter for longer. Thank you so much Michelle and Rei.
