We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated and there were so many small touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay in Laguna Beach. The location was perfect for access to town and the beach as well as hiking trails. We loved getting the neighborhood feel and the ability to come and go all day without difficulty. Plenty of space for everyone, a great kitchen, amazing back yard that we took advantage of a lot- private, sunny with everything you could need. John was a great host- with great, simple, timely communication- probably the best air bnb we have done. Now we know we have a spot in Laguna Beach when it is time to come back. Thank you for the hospitality. This house is a must-do if you are looking for an in-town walkable bungalow.

My stay at Tom's cottage was wonderful. Tom is extremely friendly, available and helpful for all your needs. Check-in very smooth and easy. There was a slight glitch in the bathroom , but within literally minutes Tom arrived with a smile and fixed the problem immediately. The cottage has historic charm with natural wood throughout...loads of windows and sunlight...lovely sitting area on front patio beneath the huge palms (would sit for hours) and a walk-in sauna in the back of the house. Also, one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to is at the end of the block! Super location for shops, restaurants (great coffee shop, Milk and Honey just around the corner), yet it's unusually quiet...amazing combo! I'd recommend Tom's cottage to everyone!

Our stay at Chuchu’s place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time and the location went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Chuchu was responsive, kind, and was amazing. We’re so grateful for her and everything she’s done for us, her place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We can’t recommend her airbnb enough. Thank you!

Ashlee’s place was exactly what we needed to spend the holidays with our family in Laguna Niguel! The location was prefect, her place was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

Nothing short of perfect! The best hosts I’ve had yet—felt right at home, very welcome, and perfect location to explore CDM. The kitchen was gorgeous, and had ample cookware to have family meals. The bathrooms were spotless, and having robes made it extra special! Plus, the outdoor space was great for unwinding. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful Newport escape—we will definitely be coming back!

I was so at home, appreciated being able to cook my own meals and loved that it was dog friendly. Mary was so sweet, kind, and responsive. She is a fantastic host who truly thought of everything to make this stay above and beyond. We would absolutely stay again. The oranges from the garden were an extra plus! So delicious!

This pot exceeded our expectations. It was as described and even better. Super clean, decorated so cute, walkable, the beach park around the corner, a darling coffee shop also on the corner which we went to daily. I am Going to schedule here again. Absolute paradise - wish we could buy one of the units that’s how much we loved it.

Favorite Airbnb ever! So comfy and cozy. Walking distance to many fun things. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great outdoor spaces to relax in. Extremely comfortable couch and beds. Loved the local recommendations. We had such a great time, thank you Carmen!

Our stay was so nice, it was a great little studio Air BNB and the rooftop patio view was to die for! Great appliances and kitchen tools, very responsive host, saw the owners on site a few times and very friendly, the laundry was easy, over all I’d love to stay again if given a chance!

Daniels place was amazing. perfect location with an amazing view from the deck. Room was clean bed was comfy. 10/10

Janis’s place is very central to all that Newport Beach has to offer as well close enough to hop onto the 55N & get going all over OC or LA. A short right turn away puts you on the PCH & yet, this home overlooking the famed NB Canal streets is super quiet & picturesque. Parking is a challenge anywhere in the beach cities yet Janis was in constant touch with us in sharing her coveted parking garage spots which was in itself priceless to our stay. Very accommodating, Janis has proved to be a distinctly excellent host right through, whenever we needed any kind of info. or assistance. The place itself is lovely, central to coffee shops, the famed Lido Marina & Newport Pen. Located on the 2nd story corner bldg., the WFH desk is well placed to overlook the Canal & the home makes for a warm & comfortable stay right throughout. Clean furnishings & linens, comfortable beds & well laid out space of 2BR+2BA made for an amazing week long stay. We will love to return ! Thank you, Janis.

Kira took me in after I lost my home in the Eaton fires. Her kindness and empathy has made a stressful and difficult time easier to navigate. She has such a beautiful energy. Her magical home is a healing sanctuary. A place that not only could I feel safe and begin the healing process, but one that is so visually stimulating and creative that by being in the space and outdoor surroundings, you feel you can take on anything in the world. She has poured so much love into her home and the design of her yard that you can't help but feel enveloped by it. The nature surrounding the area is so grounding. Kira's place truly is a magical wonderland.

We really enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. Loved the location. We counted 97 steps from the front door to the sand. Close enough to restaurants, the pier and easy to get to PCH and 55 freeway. It’s about 3/4 mile walk along the sidewalk to get to the pier and all the fun little shops and restaurants. Had some good donuts and tacos right close to the pier. Very clean and fully stocked with books, DVDs, games for kids and families,beach toys and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little cottage in a nice neighborhood in a nice town. Very friendly hosts and a very well-maintained cottage. Great stay.

Chander's place was exactly what we wanted. It's close to downtown Huntington Beach, walkable by a few blocks. The house was clean and well appointed. The driveway is shared with the neighbor and you will need to get out of the car to open and close the gate each time you use it. It is extremely narrow so be aware of that. We just parked on the street to avoid the need to open/close the gate and navigate the narrow driveway each time.

Great location, in walking distance to Huntington Pier, shops and restaurants. We moved the car once to drive to South Coast Plaza which was easy to get to on the freeway. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Nice updated bathroom and shower. Vivienne is an excellent host and communication was prompt. We had a few things come up and they were taken care of right away. Thanks for our enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Natalie’s place was perfect for our visit to Long Beach. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to make the stay comfortable including nice provisions that she left for us. We never had problem with parking within a block of her place and found the area to be super quiet at night. We loved walking along the beach and doing morning yoga on the deck. The heater is on the loud side, but the two times we needed it, it heat the place up in a matter of a minutes. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in LB.

I had a perfect stay at Kathryns place. Kathryn was a wonderful host, communication was great and anything i needed was answered straight away. The cottage was very comfortable and super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable also. Kathrys place is perfectly located, it it in a nice quiet neighbourhood and yet only 10 mins cycle from the beach and shops. I found the bike that was available to use really handy, I used it every day! I will be returning to Huntington beach next year and will definitely be returning to stay at Kathryns place.
