Honestly a great spot. I stayed for about a month and was there for work and this location was great. Nearby to my office, quiet, neighbors were very nice though not many spoke English. If you're looking for a spot to go out and walk to a bar - this is probably not it. If you're looking for a quiet place for work or something along those lines - great. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy right across the street was very convenient. My only issue was that the apartment was dusty when I arrived and I had to vacuum it a couple times. It made my allergies act up a bit. But the apartment had a vacuum and I cleaned. No big deal. Also yes - you do hear the elevator but it isn't that bad. You might need earplugs if you're a really light sleeper but it never bothered me. Jules and Klaus were always very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.

Everything is wonderful! The location of the apartment is really super central. I'd love to come back :)

Susanne is really amazing, a pleasure to stay in the apartment. The apartment has everything from a coffee machine to an iron. Everything is clean, tidy and comfortable. The apartment is on a normal floor and not in the basement as seen in the picture. The area is green and the forest is lovely. It's easy to get to Stuttgart from here. We enjoyed it very much and we recommend it.

A great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and flexible – I was allowed to check in earlier and was even able to leave earlier as my work was finished earlier. The refund for the time not used was a super nice touch that I really appreciate! The apartment itself is small but extremely cozy, clean and warm, nothing is missing. Location is perfect, central and well connected. Overall, I am more than satisfied and very grateful for this great experience. Many thanks for the wonderful hosts!

Great and simple place to stay, despite the fact that there is no kitchen, it was a cozy place to stay. Very clean and in a great central location. Key handover via key box is also super easy and uncomplicated. Thank you Anett for everything!

The owner is the most enthusiastic person I've ever met so far. He really is super warm-hearted and will help you on everything that he can. He helped me on my first car purchsed in Germany, along with dealer negotiation, license plate registration, insurance and the bankaccount. I couldn't have all these done without his help. And the room also is perfect, so clean and everything looks neat and new, and all daily necessaties too. I can cook everyday by myself with a super good mood. The environment is super quite and comfort. This apartment is simply perfect.

My colleagues feel super comfortable in the apartment and when an employee is busy in the area, we always check if this apartment is free. My colleagues are always looking forward to Rini's nice welcome. Communication always works well.

The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly. One of the beds in the living room is a little squeaky, but everything else is just like the pictures / description. It was a good place to stay for 2 adults and 2 children.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need. Quietly located, yet close to beautiful cities such as Heilbronn and Mannheim. Great location to visit Christmas markets and relax in the hot tub in the evening. Can only recommend from the heart.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is just as stylish and luxuriously furnished as it is presented in the photos. Faruk is super nice, helpful and quick to communicate. The terrace with a hot tub and sauna make the terrace a luxury oasis - accordingly, the price is absolutely fair. We also noticed the exceptional kitchen equipment very positively, which gives you all the possibilities for cooking. Only suggestion for improvement: a few more towels and a bedside lamp in the bedroom would be pleasant. Thanks for everything!

Birgit is a great owner that we had the honour to meet. We communicated in a great way from the moment we made the reservation till we left the apartment. She is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. She made us feel like home and she always offered help. She even offered usher bike in case of willing to go for a ride in the park. Moreover, Birgit's apartment is a gorgeous one,placed in a very quiet place. Staying in her apartament was like staying at home. Extremely clean, creatively decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Absolutely perfect! I strongly recommend her and the apartment when going to Geislingen! You won't regret it! We were in Stuttgart with a really big group for a weekend. With Sebastian's apartment and another part of the apartment above (thank you Dominik), we had an ideal place to stay. Sebastian was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. Highly recommended!

A very cozy, large and at the same time cozy place! We were there with 2 small children and all felt very comfortable. Big highlights: The hot tub, water bed, and gorgeous covered terrace! Gerhard and his wife were super nice, we felt like with friends. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay at the property. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

Karin was so lovely 💕 she’s such a great host and such an amazing person! The place is perfect for a getaway and to relax from the city chaos (even more because of the amazing whirlpool that we used in the nights). Will definitely recommend staying there 🌸
