Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Ontario

An absolutely charming property, surpassed only by the beauty of its location. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful, personable and welcoming. I honestly couldn't fault my stay there. I will definitely return. Truly wonderful.

We stayed for the weekend and it was nice! The B&B is located not far from St Jovite and other surrounding towns. We were only in the area for business related reasons however I can imagine how convenient it is for those who are going to Mt Tremblant for skiing. The room was nice, big enough for two of us. The bathroom was small but very clean. We appreciate having a kitchenette for when we didn’t want to eat out. All this for an amazing price! I would book again when I’m back in the area

Nadene and Darren's place is absolutely amazing. Away from everything in the woods surrounded by nature, this place is bliss. The property has 12 individual rooms, 2 large shared kitchens and bathrooms, an amazing spacious seating area overlooking the forest, and a balcony. There are many books available and some board games, so there's something for everyone. You can stay here with a large group but we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The place is close to the lake where you can go canoeing or kayaking, and all the gear is provided. There is also a nice seating area outside for campfires, and / or you can just go for a little hike. Nadene prepares a great breakfast with homemade muffins 😋. Both her and Darren are lovely people, very caring, beautiful souls. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room was simple and clean with a good shower and a comfortable bed. Just what I needed to break up a long drive from NW Ontario. Thanks Jay.

Kari was so helpful and kind. If we forgot it, she had it and happily helped us navigate whatever was needed. She had all kinds of fun kids water activities and we had so much fun having campfires, swimming and fishing. Our family highly recommends the property and stay!

Darren and Nadene provided me with exactly what I needed! A gorgeous place with so much peace and quiet! Nadene made me breakfast in the morning which was such a lovely time to enjoy a bite to eat and great company! I’ll be back!

Carole was very accommodating allowing us to check in early, place looked as it did in pictures. Would recommend to friends and would gladly stay again.

From US, did not know it was Thanksgiving holiday. Algonquin sold out. Very gracious hosts. Lovely town and close enough to Algonquin. Accommodations were extremely comfortable and very clean. Hosts were very helpful with advice for local opportunities for adventure.

Place was great with a great view of the water

Peter was a great host! He helped out through out our stay and made sure we have everything we are looking for. The place was very peaceful and beautiful. We were 15 people and could accommodate easily. Had lots of fun!

Camp Bongopix is an awesome spot to stay if you want a combination of (1) easy access to Algonquin (or other local wilderness), and (2) a fun evening on Friday/Saturday night. We stayed Friday through Sunday, and had a really great time. Bongo is a responsive, friendly, and helpful host. The space was comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean, neat, and had the basics - a small fridge & freezer, a BBQ just outside the room, both indoor and outdoor seating, comfortable bed, simple bathroom & shower. In terms of the evening entertainment, the Tavern was a blast, Bongo and Andrea are very talented, entertaining and versatile musicians! Friendly and prompt service, will definitely recommend and return! THANKS CAMP BONGOPIX, I'm a fan!

We had such a great time staying with Christina. Beautiful location, everything we needed was there and ready for us. Christina made sure we were very well taken care of. If there was anything we needed she was there for us. Water was beautiful with a sandy bottom. Would definitely recommend staying with Christina.

My partner and I stayed at the Mountain View Lodge to celebrate our anniversary - our hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt that this was a family establishment that truly cares about their guests. The food was incredible, the place was clean, the views were breathtaking and we were so happily surprised to see that they were not only accommodating their guests but to any furry friend that came along to stay. We fiercely recommend anyone to stay there and the experience was only made better by their lovable pup Betty who wrapped up the experience to being 10/10! We will definitely be returning for future vacations! Special thanks to Karen Ann for her friendly and accommodating nature and for giving us so many options of activities to do both at the lodge and in the city :)

This palce is awesome,services there are good and the cabins are also clean

One of the best places you can choose to stay while you’re on the island. Christina is a wonderful host. The place is absolutely gorgeous with lots to do, it’s completely private and quiet. You would never imagine how quiet your mornings could be until you visit the island and stay here. The cabins were filled with all the basic amenities you’d need. There were plenty of boats and life jackets which you can use whenever. Huge pile of firewood and a fire pit to light a fire as well. Very close to all the tourism locations and it’s located right in the centre of the island. All in all, if you’re on the island, this is the best place to stay.

This place is amazing! If you like relax and be away from the city this place is for you. If you like arts You be amaizt here and next door is gallery of the lake. Thanks for Havig us in your place.

Our stay at Bongo was a lot of fun! Algonquin itself is a beautiful place to visit. The Tavern below was super cute and the live music jams were a lot of fun, lots of talent. Bongo was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay at Muskoka. This was our first time visit. We recently stayed at Kevin's Place. and had a great experience. The property was exactly as described with a clean and cozy atmosphere and well-equipped amenities. The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful and even providing extra bbq machine while the one which we had stopped working. The location was perfect for near by attractions.
