one of my all time favorite places I've stayed. there was nothing even remotely sub par about the location or accomodations. beautiful and quiet. great communication and easy check-in and out. 10/10 fabulous

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time! This is a perfect setting if you enjoy being outside as a family. It is also amazing for kids inside as it is run as a forest school during the week so there is an abundance of open ended toys, dress up, books, etc!! We had such a great time and definitely want to come back some day :).

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

What a gorgeous place to get away from the city for a few days. The comfortable studio has everything you'd need during your stay. The fields are great for walking (especially if you have a dog), and there are all kinds of magnificent hiking trails nearby. My arrival coincided with a massive ice storm and Vince and Miranda were in touch every step of the way, keeping me updated on conditions and options. They were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to returning next time I need a taste of the country.

beautiful area , super peaceful. if you enjoy stargazing thsi is a great place. Hope we will return next summer to enjoy the lake more.

Suzanne's place was peaceful and cozy, and the perfect location to enjoy the Niagara region. We appreciated how flexible she was with check in and how thoughtful she was with all the little treats. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a weekend while doing some work locally. Easy check-in process. Place was as advertised. Very clean & cute. Kitchen is very well-equipped with all necessary utensils/items. Would for sure stay here again!!

Wayne was a wonderful host. Very responsive. The property was large and the surroundings were beautiful. We sat outside and ate our dinner while we listened to birds all around us. We had so much fun feeding the alpacas. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. We all enjoyed the slide! We went into ridgetown and strolled around, it was a quant town full of friendly people.

I love the Farm Shed...it feels like you have rented a wee home of your own and it's nestled in a serene farm setting...quiet, contemplative and cozy. The friendliest cat was a bonus.

Our stay at the Schoolhouse was perfect! Ingrid is an incredible Airbnb host. She's invested and proactive in making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The Schoolhouse is immaculate and well-designed, but Ingrid also pays close attention to smaller details that enhance your stay. We loved the freshly baked bread, farm-fresh eggs, and chopped wood (for the outdoor firepit). She also provided us with endless recommendations for local restaurants and hiking trails, all within short driving distance. If you're looking for a cozy and intimate little getaway, we highly recommend it! Inside the Airbnb, you'll find loads of blankets, Netflix, a fully functional kitchen, board games, and an electric fireplace. Outside, it's located on a fully functional farm, where you can enjoy a cozy firepit and make friends with some adorable farm animals. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless too. This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed it so much we came back again and plan on staying there whenever visiting the Windsor Ontario area. Lise and Glen are awesome. There is always a fridge full of drinks and a bin of snacks to enjoy. They are readily available to answer any questions. The living area is cozy with the fireplace and I always use the hot tub when we are there. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to stay somewhere outside of Windsor that is still within a short drive of it.

nice little getaway from home.

Host was very accomodating with a short notice booking. Easy in and out. Peaceful dark sky. I hesitated because of other reviews about the cats on the property. They are not a problem in or out of the space. Will return.

everything was beyond expectations. fireplace was lit prior to arrival. kitchen had all the basics (salt,pepper, olive oil, coffee filters w/coffee maker & French press!, copper pots, ceramic pan, nice knives and cutting boards!)...I am already planning my next vacation days off to spend here

Bridgewood Farm was a wonderful place you stay! Sandra and Andrew were excellent hosts and allowed us to explore their beautiful property with our two young boys. The place was clean and full of every amenity you could imagine. We loved the hot tub and record player, and access to the lake and land. The boys loved the nature trails and fort and can't stop taling about getting a dart board. Thank you, Sandra and Andrew for a fun adventure. We look forward to visiting again soon!

A Home Away from Home! Karen and John's place truly feels like a home away from home. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, from the handwritten note to the thoughtful touches like snacks, water, fresh farm eggs, milk, and butter. We've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, but no other hosts have done anything quite like this. That’s what sets this place apart from the rest. Everything in the home is designed to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. It means so much to families like ours, especially when we don’t have family in the country. And it doesn’t end there- the tour of the farm, and seeing how Karen and John are restoring a piece of Canadian history, is something everyone should experience. Meeting the alpacas, horses, and hens filled our hearts in ways that go beyond words. It’s the kind of experience you’ll cherish for a lifetime. We’ll be back in the summer for more!

An absolute gem of a find! The property is so beautiful with so much to see and do. Cheryl and her husband are one of a kind! They explained to us how they upkeep their farm, they even have a roadside shop selling all farm grown goodies. We were able to collect eggs, see the honey bees, admire the sheep, bathe in the claw tubs (super easy to use), stargaze and become buddies with their sweet dog Ode. We will definitely be back!

This Airbnb far exceded our expectations . The place was clean, bright and comfortable - perfect for our group of 5. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was squeaky clean. The beds were super comfy. The garden is lovely and well zoned for a variety of uses… fire pit / picnic table and bbq. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What an incredible stay! The house is absolutely stunning, very clean, and so welcoming. Ken was responsive and very proactive with providing recommendations and telling us all about the local spots we should check out. We would absolutely stay with Ken again, and encourage others to do so as well.

This was our second time staying in Emily's cabin, and certainly not the last! The place was quiet, private, and with a rustic charm that was perfect for a group of admittedly very nerdy adults looking for a place to spend a weekend playing medieval fantasy tabletop roleplaying games. The place was quaint, clean, well stocked with supplies, very spacious, and Emily was very responsive if we needed anything. Though, as repeat customers, we needed very little. Thanks Emily, and with any luck, we'll be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay; the basement apartment is lovely and spacious. Made great use of walking on the property, lots to look at and just enjoy the area. Within 8-15min drive, one gets to cosy villages and larger towns with great Antiques, stellar local ceramic artifacts, exciting eateries, and Lake Erie. I highly recommend staying at Bonnieheath.
