Wonderful property with lots of space. When we travel, our top 2 priorities are always location and cleanliness. The Fenelon Place was a perfect fit for our family of 6 and we didn’t even need to use the basement level space. Jeremy was responsive when we had a late night issue with being inadvertently locked out by our young daughter. We were so very thankful for his quick attention to gaining us immediate access. We will definitely vacation in this home again. Thank you so much!

Julie's cabin was wonderful! We've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and her's is one of the best. Very well appointed, she had everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clea. Julie is a great host with very good communication. I highly recommend her cabin.

We enjoyed the solitude, the place was so cute and comfy. We did not get a chance to try the restaurant because they are not open during the time we stayed. Even though it was 20 degrees we enjoyed it. Would love to visit in the summer. Watched bald eagle s hunting. It was fun.

If I could give extra stars, I would without hesitation. Rylea was very responsive and accommodating to our every need. I definitely recommend staying at Rylea’s if in the area!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were clean. We walked across the street to hike at the nature preserve, which was fun. It was a short drive to Peosta which has a grocery store and a few restaurants. It was a little further to Dubuque, but not bad. I'd say this is a great stay for people that want a quiet spacious home with good access to amenities in either direction.

This cabin was just as described. So cute and had everything that was needed. Perfect spot right on the water to watch the barge activity during the day as well as the fire pit at night. The free fire wood was a plus! This adorable place is located very close to many attractions to sight see, hike, shop, as well as having many bars/restaurants to choose from. This weekend was best for enjoying the beautiful fall colors. Nikki was the perfect host. Great communication. Easy instructions. I needed to contact her with one question and she responded immediately. She was helpful, supportive, and kind. So happy I discovered this little gem. I hope to return one day!

Fair and reasonable host. Enjoyed our stay and walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Super spacious and comfortable.
