Tony and Anika have clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this is an ideal spot. This is such a beautiful stay. The house is as close to the beach as you can get. The beach is very quiet, we were often the only people on the sand besides a few locals fishing. Great swimming. The house is nice and clean. My party of five used the outdoor grill, pool and outdoor dining area every day. Cynthia and Aroldo are great as well. One thing I will say is that the road to the house is quite precarious, making it a little harder to get around the San Juan del Sur area. Not sure if a sedan could make it through. We ended up working with David to get transportation to the city (20 min away) for $50 one day, which was nice of them. It’s also possible to take a taxi to the restaurant at the end of the beach and walk a few minutes on the sand to the house for cheaper. The road there is much better. Overall I’d highly recommend David’s stay and would love to visit again.

We had a great stay at Casa Buen Vivir. The house is beautiful and in an amazing setting. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch each morning drinking coffee and having breakfast together as a family. It rained quite a bit during our stay. It rained everyday but it didn’t rain all day. We still enjoyed the beach almost every day. It is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and we saw very few other people on the beach which made it feel like our own private beach. We did travel in November which is shoulder season. We had read that the southern coast dries up this time of year even if there is still rain elsewhere in the country but this was not the case for us. We really enjoyed our stay regardless and can’t thank Till and Nelson enough for their support and guidance while we were there. We hope to return someday.

Went for a short vacation and it felt so much like home that we didn't want to leave. Seeing this place from pictures gives you a good idea, but pictures don't make justice to the home its something you gotta go out and experience first hand, it's very beautiful and the views from the balcony are breath taking. The staff on site are very nice people, informative and friendly. Already planning our next stay!

This house is AMAZING! Bladimir came through for us big time. This was a last minute same day (hour) booking request and Bladimir responded and was able advise on which property had the best view! We booked it and arrived all within 45min. This house has an awesome view of San Juan del Sur, truly breathtaking! Definitely recommended!

Martin welcomed us with professionalism and friendliness making us feel at home. The cottage is a dream! The area around too! We also had a kitchen and since there was a supermarket nearby we were able to take advantage of it and after many days around it was very welcome ! Martin gave us great tips, things we would never have discovered on our own and he sent us many useful contacts! We left our heart there, a beautiful and unforgettable place

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Casa Paraiso exceeded my expectations! Brian’s place is a perfect location to walk to the beach, surf and beach bars. It also is up on a walkable hill, perfectly tucked away into the jungle with an amazing view. I really enjoyed having morning coffees on the balcony watching the monkeys and the views of playa maderas’s timeless sunsets. The condo itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay with optimal space and a full kitchen. The pool and rooftop deck gave me optimal places to chill throughout the stay. Brian was incredibly helpful and always available for any questions I had, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend Casa Paraíso to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and unforgettable vacation, I can’t wait to come back!

Small corners of paradise in Ometepe with the most beautiful sunset directly from the bedroom or small private terrace. Toño and his family welcomed us wonderfully. They advised us and referred us for activities around. Their vegetarian menu was so great that we ate there every night in addition to the lunches included. We highly recommend it! Gracias por todo.

Lovely place! Ended up extending twice for a total of 2 weeks after originally booking for 3 days! Beach is a 2 minute walk away and can see it from the deck. Local food and vegetable trucks drive past daily as the shop is around 10-15 minute walk away! Did feel very much at home here, had all the essentials you need. The location on Airbnb needs an update as the property is under the name ‘Casa Blanca’ on maps, near the La Perla restaurant.

Great location, close to a river great for swimming for our 3 year old. Also a beach club with a pool that offers a day pass just 3 mins walking. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment and it has everything you need.
