Vacation rentals with beach access in Ometepe

We had a fantastic few days here!!!!! It’s rustic and no frills but literally on the beach - walking out to that view every morning was unbelievable. The beds were clean and comfy. It’s windy at night and noisy with the ocean right there but personally for me the sound of the waves crashing was bliss. The restaurant was great and it was just perfect for what we wanted. Air con really isn’t needed because of the natural ventilation. Their dog was the best too :). Thank you for a memorable stay.

Hector and Isabel were great hosts. The apartment is right across the highway from the lake and the bus stops right in front if you wave it down. The kitchen is enough for minor cooking, and great affordable restaurants are close by. Hector was very patient with our limited Spanish and was a great teacher and help. We enjoyed this very relaxing location immensely and look forward to next time.

Luís Alberto welcomed me very well. He offered extra services and dedicated himself to make the stay enjoyable and enjoyable. Cost/benefit very nice. Returning to Nicaragua, I will definitely look for you again.

We spent several nights here and felt very comfortable. The place is very quiet and separated from the lake only by a small sandy path. Sometimes mopeds driven by locals pass by. The kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is very cozy with rocking chairs and hammock. We found it much nicer than in the photos and would come back any time.

Just like home, a home full of love and sharing: 1. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the bedding is good. You can do your laundry there. Teresa does everything possible to make it comfortable and she succeeds! 2. The location is very convenient, close to almost all the essentials. Teresa recommended several activities to us at unbeatable rates and provided by volunteer and involved local providers. 3. Teresa is a reason in itself to stay there. She is very attentive, interesting and funny, she cooks divinely and is a must-see on the island. You'd be missing out if you didn't meet her, our stay would have been a bit dull without her. Such a great stay! I was at Missy's place for 10 days and can't say enough. Super simple, super cute place. Beautiful back garden area with hammocks and a breeze and a covered area for some shade. Kitchen was well-equipped. In a great location close to yummy comidors and restaurants and El Pital (chocolate tour), Finca Magdelana is an easy walk as well as nearby bars, and places to do yoga and dance. Fruit stands and a place to rent bikes just down the street. I did not want to go! Thanks Missy :)

Honestly, one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. We watched a horse and her baby walk the beach in front of us, picked mangos off the ground, and jumped into the lake all day. All around wonderful experience. Thank you David, Rebecca, and Team! We will be back.
