This home was absolutely charming, cozy and fantastically appointed. The beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. All bedrooms and bathrooms were prestine. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and welcoming....outside of skiing we barely wanted to leave as we enjoyed the space so much. The fireplaces warmed us up quickly and the hot tub was constantly hot as soon as we were ready to jump in and enjoy the view from the top floor after long days of skiing. The owners were very kind and responded very quickly. We can't wait to visit again.

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

Perfect home for a family, couples or a friends getaway. Location is perfectly placed to downtown Tahoe City and minutes away from river rafting or Kings Beach. Quiet neighborhood with nicely manicured homes. Access to the garage which makes parking easy, and not limited. Home has everything you would need from comfortable beds, kitchen essentials and games for all ages. Views of the lake are limited (growing trees) but just enough to sit on the deck on the outdoor furniture for coffee, meals or evening beverages. Pet friendly home that doesn’t smell like one!!! Donna and Josh were amazingly responsive to everything, with zero delays in response time. One of the rafts was missing a plug and Josh went to three different stores to make sure we had one before leaving for the river. Plenty of outdoor lake toys as well as a ping pong table in the garage. We WILL be renting again and be sharing this location with friends and family as I am sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.

The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated all our guests. Its location was incredibly convenient, with Stateline just down the street and several grocery stores nearby. The hot tub was a wonderful feature—easy to use and very relaxing. Lori was a great host very friendly and quick responses! It was exactly as described and accurate to the photos! Perfect for our family of 5 the kids loved the loft and projector screen! You can’t get any better than this location we walked right outside to the gondola and all the restaurants are close to get to, steps away. All you need is right there in the village! We are already planning our next trip back!

Brook’s place is amazing. The location is walking to everything in Kings Beach but also very quiet. The photos don’t do the yard justice, it’s GIANT. The house is spacious and cozy. It is very well thought out and has everything you could need for a long term stay. Brook is a great host, super communicative and friendly. We were so lucky to find the place and can’t wait to be back. Thank you!!!
