Monthly Rentals in Olmsted County

So thankful for finding this place. Was very comfortable & cozy. Had all the amenities of home. Will for sure stay here again and/or recommend to anyone coming to Mayo .

We stayed at our “home away from home” for about 6 months due to treatment issues with my husband. Charles was very helpful accommodating and the place was perfect. We felt at home. The best Airbnb we have ever been in Rochester. I would definitely recommend his place. He helped us whenever we had problems, checking on us during storms, even he had his own challenges, he kept helping us whenever we needed it. E.g: going to the post office to pick up our mail. The examples are so many, one word: perfect!

This place was the perfect studio for a two night stay. The Airbnb was very clean and stocked with essentials (towels, wash clothes, toiletries). I appreciated the full size kitchen with a dishwasher and gas range. Having easy access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The industrial style was very appealing - I personally LOVE the concrete floors and exposed stone throughout the space. The tall ceilings make the space feel much bigger. I think the space was the perfect amount of modern yet still cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. I appreciated the extra blankets and a fan available to use. I will definitely return should I need a short stay again. If only this cute space was available for a short term lease! I’d swipe it up.

This was our second stay and it was just as great as the first! Joshua’s place is in a great location within 5 minutes of many amazing local restaurants! The space is quiet and comfortable with a walking path right next door making it a fantastic space for pets! The bed is very comfortable which is most important to me. We will definitely return again!
