After a month in Italy, Letizia's place definitely stood out for the magnificent views and beautiful surroundings. The apartment itself is really spacious and a kitchen that can meet all your needs. Plus there are five cats and three dogs, all incredibly friendly (maybe too friendly sometimes hah) which never hurts. There was at least one trail that starts right from the front door but the ones I enjoyed the most started down in the Valle Imagna (15 min drive -- look up the Percorso Vita). The town of Fuipiano is a 30 minute walk up the mountainside (on a largely abandoned road, so no cars) but is very small. That said, there are plenty of charming towns with much to offer within a 20-30 min drive. Letizia is an incredible host. She was always friendly and responsive and asking us how our stay was. My fiance celebrated her birthday and Letizia baked an incredible apple cake for breakfast (additional $ ofc) 10/10 would return
