Linar was a wonderful host who was extremely empathetic to our situation (we had to evacuate due to the LA fires). Linar accommodated to our every need and also offered a discount due to our hardship. Hosts like Linar really make Airbnb stand out and make one realize the greatness in community. The space was homely and a great respite from the chaos of wildfires. 10/10 recommend to stay with Linar.

The home was clean & as described. The amenities were thoughtful, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. The kitchen was stocked & there was a plethora of bedding, towels & quality pillows. The neighborhood was quiet & in walking distance of a big shopping area & quick to get on the freeways to get around. The backyard had a great outdoor eating area & fully fenced for privacy. We had 3 adults, 4 teens & a younger child with plenty of room for all of us to relax. The kids enjoyed the hot tub & the backyard games. I thought the price was a good deal for the home & I would absolutely rent from James & Gladys again. I was impressed with how responsive they were & they never seemed bothered by my questions. They seemed like very kind & generous people. Excellent home for families!

This house is so comfortable! The views from every window are stunning, the kitchen is well laid out, and the living room was open so while we were watching the game we could grab snacks! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The backyard and surroundings are gorgeous and we had fun watching the cutest bunnies across the way. It took us about 20 minutes from the San Diego airport, so very convenient. Hope to return next year!

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

We had a great time on our Christmas vacation in San Diego. Laura was an excellent host, always providing a quick response to our questions and offering recommendations for sites and activities in the area. The place was clean, well organized, and with a well appointed kitchen for preparing and eating meals. The location is great, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood in Pacific Beach was quiet, and close to all the major attractions in the San Diego and La Jolla area. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to vacation in San Diego in the future, and I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

We truly enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Banker's Hill is a wonderful location and the house is easy walking distance to everything there and in Hillcrest. It is very comfortable and relaxing. We had no trouble parking in the driveway or on the street. The coffee and snacks were very much appreciated! We hope to stay again!

Stayed for the weekend and had a great stay! Very responsive host and helpful with my later-than-normal check-in. The unit was within walking distance of a couple coffee shops and bars/restaurants. The beach was right across the street, but it was a little chilly for a dip in the ocean. Great location in between downtown and north county to hit whatever hotspots you’re looking for!

We had a great time as a family for the Xmas break. Cozy place, well located by the beach and many restaurants and coffee shops. The host was really helpful and responsive. We are definitely coming back!

I booked this place because I had a conference at the convention center and wanted to be in walking distance AND have somewhere to park my car. This place was truly amazing, perfect location, great amenities, everyone in the building was super friendly, and Josh was very responsive when I had a question. The place is super cute and everything that you need for a great stay! I will definitely be booking again!!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We have stayed in this beautiful home several times, and we have always enjoyed our time there. It is a rare find in terms of the beauty and spaciousness of the house, the gorgeous large yard, and the exceptional hosts. The landscape is stunning by any measurement, but for an airbnb, it is really unusual and top quality. It has a very spacious backyard, which can accommodate guests beautifully with multiple sitting areas, BBQ and fireplace options, a swimming pool, and areas for activity. Terry and Enza are wonderful hosts-- friendly, quick to respond, helpful, and always available for questions.

Host Liam and Mia were professional and courteous from day one until the end. Their home is spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean—a perfect getaway and truly a home away from home. It’s great for families or groups, like our crew on a golf trip. The location is ideal, with both North and South San Diego just 25 minutes away, making it super convenient. This has been our favorite Airbnb in San Diego since we started our annual golf trips six years ago. Liam and Mia, thank you for hosting us—we’ll definitely be back!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!
