We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful, clean, next to the beach with wonderful access to the jacuzzi that we used many times. The only critique that we have is that the beds were very uncomfortable. We were not able to get much sleep. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

This place is such a gem. So so peacful and beautiful. The fire place and hte hotbub room are incredible. In the mornigns and in the evenings you hear so many birds singing and at night frogs croaking. It feels so peaceful! I've stayed here twice and home to come back again someday. Very close by car to Rincon surf beach and Ojai hiking. If you're looking for a nature escape this place is it!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Me and my family booked Kevin’s home for a week. I was in town for work at the ports. The home was amazing. Comfortable, full of all the necessary things we needed. The jacuzzi, and game room , were definitely the highlight of this home ! Kevin checked up on us actively and was an amazing host. This place has everything. Kitchen, laundry and 2 bedroom. Thank you Kevin! If I ever get a chance I’ll be right back!
