Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you want to go shopping, you will find all the shops, grocery store, organic shop, bank, pharmacy and drugstore within walking distance. Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 motorways. The airport and Messe Stuttgart are about 16 km and 25 minutes by car. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7 minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

You can also leave the car for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. On the large orchard meadow there is space to romp and a great tree house to play in.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

We were very pleased with the place. It was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We were a total of 3 couples with a toddler there. Unfortunately, it was very noisy for this, so we had problems putting our daughter to sleep. Otherwise, we can only recommend this place!

An unforgettable stay! Our stay was just amazing! Ingrid was an exceptional host – friendly, helpful and available at any time. Communication was smooth and we felt welcome from the start. The place itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a fantastic stay with Ms. Höhn. Holidu is an intermediate company that is very slow to respond to information requests. After booking, you can communicate directly with the owner of the stay and we found that to be very pleasant. The stay is spotlessly clean with a fantastic view. The owners are super friendly and thoughtful. We definitely want to go back.

This is one of the most sparkling-clean airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The kitchen was equipped with basic items, but had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The fireplace was wonderful after lots of outdoor activities in the cold! My only concerns are that the master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable (my husband agrees) and makes a lot of noise every single time you move…and if you are staying in the master bedroom, you must walk through the second bedroom to get anywhere else in the unit. This was fine for us and our two young kids, but if you are traveling with another couple or teenagers who enjoy their privacy, this would be an inconvenience. Overall, this unit is spacious and centrally located to many fantastic sights! We used this unit as our base for visiting Schloss Lichtenstein, Schloss Sigmaringen, and Schloss Hohenzollern. For what we paid, I consider this unit an amazing value!
