I loved Laura’s place. It was peaceful, safe and clean. I have stayed in several airbnbs in Athens that are not. The beds were so comfy. She had everything we needed. Will stay again!

I had to plan a last minute work trip to Athens and all of the hotels were booked for the week, but I ended up finding this hidden gem which will definitely be my go-to from now on. The apartment was really clean, private, comfy, and the amenities had me feeling at home. It was a great place to recharge during a busy week, and downtown is just a block away. Eric and Nica were super responsive too; A+ hosts. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at Molly and Charlie’s place. It was so spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and they thought of everything. All rooms were stocked with everything you’d need. They provided snacks, drinks, and coffee. Many thoughtful touches throughout. One of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed at. Thank you!

Excellent location, not far from downtown or the east side and very near 5 points, but still quiet. Well appointed, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, nice towels, comfy beds.

We had a great stay at Hannah’s place. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. She communicated clearly and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Work Trip, comfortable, restful, convenient location.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, would love to return for a game weekend. The most comfortable bed, bumper pool was fun, the little welcome snacks left were a kind gesture and appreciated. Super equipped, felt safe and comfortable, super easy to communicate with. I sure love Athens.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, including the kids. The yard was fantastic—plenty of space for the kids to play and for us to relax outdoors. It had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Dawg House over the Christmas holidays. Perfect location for visiting family in Athens, and great access to restaurants, Publix grocery store, and shopping. Appreciated that the hosts had a pre-lit Christmas tree set up upon our arrival which really gave a festive touch for our stay. Beds were all comfortable and tvs easy to use with streaming services. Kitchen well stocked to cook at home. WiFi worked great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and to anyone wanting a comfortable home base while visiting Athens!

#CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

We came to Athens to visit family who just had a baby. Mark's place was less than a mile from my sister-in-law's house, so we were close enough to be convenient but also allowed us to get out of the way when needed :) Great place with spacious rooms and two beds/two full baths. Plenty of room for my 2-year old to scoot around on his little push bike without running over everyone's toes. Lots of seating in the living room. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house and it was a little rainy, but the back deck and back yard (overlooking a pond) looked really nice. Mark was proactive with instructions, and checked in to make sure everything was going well and we were having a great stay. I would book here again.

Great location! Fun decor! Clean & comfortable space! We couldn’t have been more pleased! We especially appreciated the close proximity to Dudley park & downtown. The host had great “southern hospitality”. We will be back!

Great location, easy walk to the Stadium. Quick Uber to downtown. Easy access to the complex with plenty of parking. Everything needed was in the condo, and host was extremely responsive. Stay was great!

Simple, straight forward, quiet condo! This was perfect for graduation weekend and for a short stay. All expectations met and everything was smooth. Would book here again.

Nayla was proactive and reached out to us quickly after booking. The condo was super clean and very nice. Some drinks and snacks were left for us. The decor will make any Dawgs fan happy. This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Athens but I would stay here for longer as well. Comfortable and cosy the whole weekend. Excellent condo and host. Highly recommend.

Hannah’s place was perfect for our stay in Athens. She really thought of everything and it was a perfect location to walk to the stadium or even a little longer downtown. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for 4. We were even able to have a nice Thanksgiving dinner to celebrate being with our UGA student.
