Vacation rentals with a patio in Georgia

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. What really made this trip special was the neighborhood, which was charming and full of character. We loved being able to walk to great local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether you're in Savannah to explore or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this location is perfect. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful condo complex with excellent clubhouse amenities! The unit itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Just a heads-up for those with mobility concerns or strollers: there are about 40 stairs leading up to the unit. But once you're inside, it's absolutely worth it.

We loved our quick stay at Abigail's place. She was very welcoming and helpful. the apartment was clean and comfy. Next time we're in the area, we'll try to stay at Abigail's!

Great location. Harry is a responsive, congenial host. Apartment is very convenient to medical facilities in the area, Northside, Eggleston, and Emory St. Joseph's. Good spot for checking out Atlanta attractions. Easy access on and off of major highways. Easy access to Marta (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). Good shopping areas are convenient and close. Ample parking. Cozy, attractive apartment with good heating system. Bed is comfortable. Great internet and Apple tv. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Stairs are concrete, and there is no elevator. Host quick to respond to maintenance problems in unit related to smoke detector, ice maker, and linens. Guests will need to bring all toiletries, hair dryer, extra paper products, and coffee supplies/maker.

A beautiful space. Not the decor I would have chosen, but it’s all great quality. Neighborhood is rich and felt very safe. All the party games are a really nice touch too! You can hear some walking upstairs occasionally during the day, but at night it’s very respectful and quiet. I would recommend to anyone.

Great house and location! walkable to the Braves games and the house had everything that we required for a couple days stay. Very clean and responsive host. Would recommend to those going to Atlanta for a stay away from home.

403 was amazing. It’s beautifully decorated, convenient to downtown attractions. The house was immaculate. There’s ample space and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10! You won’t be disappointed with your stay!

This was a great place! I hosted myself and my groomsmen here for a couple nights and felt right at home. Had everything we needed minus a couple of small things. Overall, I would recommend this place to anybody! Good price, good neighborhood 👍

This house is in an EXCELLENT location! It’s walkable to Piedmont Park, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Whole Foods. The house is comfortable and self-contained. Monroe is busy enough street with traffic that it’s noisy in one of the bedrooms all night long, but that didn’t bother us too much.

This was our second time staying with Rene and Lindsey. We had an emergency need to find a place and they were extremely responsive and booked us right away.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

We had a great stay! The location is convenient to beaches and the pier. Condo was comfortable and clean. It has beach chairs and towels which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. Lori & John’s place was a nice stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cute layout and had everything we needed. Right next to the heated pool. They had a guest book with everything you could think of including places to eat. Brogans was one of our favorite. Close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay you will too.

Had a work project in Valdosta so we wanted to make it a family trip and definitely picked a great spot! It was a short drive on what I would call back roads to my job site. Our first initial thought was how clean and charming it felt. Ashleigh was super accommodating and thoughtful knowing we were traveling with our little ones. Stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and spent a lot of time outside in the huge open area by the lake. Our daughters loved catching fish and spent hours doing so. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a very cozy feeling/vibe. We did plenty of cooking and the kitchen came fully equipped. A great lake view with beautiful sunrises. The town was very quiet and peaceful and seemed safe, never had a worry. Would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting the area. I know we will definitely be renting from Ashleigh again.

We loved it! Very modern and clean. So close to restaurants and right at the pool! My granddaughter loved the playground at on site. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay. Visiting family on the island and Jennifer's place was convenient, quiet and perfect for my husband and me. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Shower was good and we had plenty of good towels. Didn't use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed well stocked, neat, clean and organized. Washer and dryer were good and there were many beach items provided. Parking was gated and convenient to the unit. Jennifer messaged details and was responsive, helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
