I just needed a nice peaceful getaway, and Jose’s place was exactly that. He was very attentive to my needs. The home was nice and spacious with a cozy peaceful vibe. I would definitely recommend this spot for any type of getaway.

Wow! Where do I start? Everything was great from the host to the home. Renee was great and was more than accommodating. FYI...You literally only need clothes! This place has all you need! And I'm sure if there's something more you need, Renee will get it for you!

I loved staying at Savie Place! It is so cozy and the hot tub was incredible! I loved the extra space and mirrors to dance around, like in a studio. She is super responsive and kind. I highly recommend!!

Mike and Becky were great hosts and the cottage is just as described. Their hospitality was great and they were very responsive to all of my inquiries. I will definitely try to stay here again if I’m in the area.

Very peaceful location. Great backyard size! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool due to how late in the year it was.

Quaint updated home all on one level, comfortable beds and spacious kitchen . Walkable to town, hot tub was relaxing!

We stayed 2 nights at Megan's place while we were in town to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. Megan was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was as expected once we arrived. The house was lovely, homey, and very clean with comfortable furniture and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened patio out back - no bugs, yay!! We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-appointed with a Keurig and electric kettle that I used with my travel Aeropress for coffee. Megan's place would be perfect for a group or family stay - lots of space to spread out.

We loved our stay at Molly and Charlie’s place. It was so spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and they thought of everything. All rooms were stocked with everything you’d need. They provided snacks, drinks, and coffee. Many thoughtful touches throughout. One of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed at. Thank you!

My family stayed at House on the Hill for my daughter's December UGA graduation, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The house is gorgeous. Has that old home charm, full of character and warmth, eclectic decor that seems to tell the story of the loving family who (most likely) experienced many wonderful years in this home. The house was large enough with enough table seating and gathering spaces to accommodate a daytime celebration (with Margaret's permission) for some of the graduates and their families. The expansive grounds were so pretty and fun to explore with my 10 year old nephew. It was hard to believe we were just 10-ish minutes from campus. To boot, there were sweet little sprinklings of Christmas, both outside and inside the house - so festive and pretty. I 100% recommend this lovely home, and I hope we have a reason to stay here again in the future!

This was a terrific home and location for a stay in Athens! We needed to be there for a 3 night weekend to attend a swim meet for my son and Michelle was extremely flexible with our stay! Also, the beds are very comfortable! Was also exited she had real cable You Tube TV to watch TV as there were numerous games on during our stay.. so many Airbnb owners skimp on that and it's extremely frustrating! Thank You Michele!

This home was comfortable for my friends and I when we stayed in Athens for a few nights. The place was a nice size, with large beds and a mostly stocked kitchen. The location was great for walking to campus and downtown. The shower curtain was dirty with mold when we arrived, but Kristin and Josh addressed the issue quickly and gave us a new shower curtain, as well as giving a refund of the cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our visit at Ms Lucy’s place. It was exactly as the pictures showed. When setting the reservation up Ms Lucy was very responsive. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

We used this house for a photo shoot and Devin was extremely flexible for our check in and check out so we could maximize our days in the house. It’s gorgeous and kept pristine. Every bathroom, bedroom, and the kitchen were all so well kept and pretty. We did have a few people that had trouble finding it when their maps took them to a house a couple of minutes down the road but otherwise it was perfect!!

Had a great stay! We came for a Georgia football game and it was close to the stadium and spacious for everyone. The hosts are accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good stay from start to finish and a great home away from home for me while my house was undergoing some remodeling. Farol lived up to previous reviews that said she goes above and beyond, which is, indeed the case; and it's a lovely and comfortable accommodation.

The welcome party of beautiful Deer who checked in with us morning and afternoon very special. Use of banjo, guitar and piano a lot of fun. May have sparked a new interest for my 6 year old granddaughter. Location very convenient for family Thanksgiving activities in Statham and Good Hope. Great Game Day accommodations especially for the epic UGA/Tech game this year.

We visited for a UGA game. The home was close by & easy to access. Hunter described the location & access to the home very well, and was very helpful. ((As it is off the road and a bit hidden, but at the same time it is very private.)) We would definitely stay here again, it was a great location & the house was great!! Yes!! It's a Beautiful House with everything we needed at a great price. I highly recommend it, if you are in Athens. I would definitely use it again.

This cabin was amazing, the views and the space is exactly what we were looking for. Very seamless visit, plenty of things to do, very comfortable, and private. We will recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
