Monthly Rentals in Oceanfront, Cocoa Beach

Helpful communication from our host, great location near the beach, and access to a nice swimming pool. Would stay here again.

Sorry to leave , just what we wanted . Hardly used the car , walked on beach and along Rd .local shops easily walking distance. Used pool across lot everyday. Apt had everything needed , kitchen, beach equipment . Comfortable and relaxing , very homely.

Condo was very well supplied with all the essentials. Towels, face clothes and linens were the best we have ever seen in all our renting experiences. Only minor complaints. The air fryer needs to be replaced. The side was broken out, but it still worked. I had difficulties with the TV in the bedroom. When streaming the picture froze up a lot and I could get no sound while using Spectrum. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

Dina's condo is absolutely perfect in every way.Located right on the beach with lovely views of the ocean from any window! Equipped with everything you could possibly need, like a home away from home. Spacious yet comfy, with a balcony to eat your meals to the sounds and sight of the Atlantic.
