Remodeled kitchen and bath. Discounts for longer stays. The entire house and yard is yours. Close enough so you can walk or bike to shopping and restaurants, or head to the beach about 2.5 miles away. Internet and a work desk, comfy beds with cotton sheets provided. There is a back porch, large fenced yard, BBQ grill, fire pit. Rules for booking our home- no pets are allowed. We require our guests have good AirBnb reviews. Self check in- we ask that you message us when you have arrived.

Although we are very familiar with Va Beach, this adorable cottage was a great treasure. Clean, comfortable, and close in proximity to anything one could need or want. We chose this rental because it was 2 blocks from my grandchildren, so we are familiar with the beach. This cottage has an absolutely amazing beach access just merely 100 steps from the driveway. The host is so kind and welcoming. Enjoy! Happy Beach! 😀

From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

We had a terrific time at Jimmy’s cottage on the beach. You are just steps away from the water and can settle in right there with beach chairs or walk for miles on a fine sandy beach. There is always a ship or two to watch. The cottage has everything you need and has a great layout for privacy with one bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house. The cottage is clean, has everything you need for relaxation and if you want, cooking something up. There is outdoor seating, a table and chairs, a grill and a hammock to while away your time in the sunny afternoon. Jimmy is incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues or needs you may have. He even let us check in early the first morning as the cottage was available. The towels and linen are super comfy as are the beds. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. Terrific seafood at Willoughby by the Bay which is just down the road at the end of the Spit. It’s a dive but the food is five star. Jimmy’s cottage is wonderful!

Seth and Jaimee were helpful even before confirming the booking. We traveled to Virginia Beach to pick up our daughter after graduation from the Army School of Music. They helped with confirming distance from base, and gave us a list of their favorite restaurants in the area. We got in the area a day earlier than our reservations were for and Jaimee cleaned as soon as the former guests were out so we could come to their place Sunday night

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access & parking, private, quiet and comfortable. Jenn was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook and serve a St. Patrick's meal with no problems. We took a walk through the pretty neighborhood and visited several local restaurants nearby. Truly felt like it was a home away from home.
