Excellent beautiful well equipped quirky property. Fantastic host, highly recommend.

We visited the Lodge for my mums birthday surprise night away and we had an amazing time. Charlotte and Billy were super helpful and responsive and were flexible with check-in times! The lodge was gorgeous - very cosy! It was well equipped with heaters, blankets, logs for the fire, plastic cups for outside, a welcome Hamper and the hot tub was the highlight! The beds were extremely comfy and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

We had a lovely few days in Gorleston. We came to see the baby seals on the beach at Horsey Gap and spend a few days in the area. There is a beautiful beach a short walk from the house and lots of nice places to visit in the area. The house was lovely and we really felt at home, there even was a Christmas tree! The house is very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully equiped. We had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching the ships making their way into Great Yarmouth harbour. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again.

We spend our New Year’s Eve At Lees place regularly because family are near by and because it’s always brilliant, beautiful, clean, welcoming, comfortable had excellent facilities. We have booked already to come back! Thank you xxxx

There aren’t enough words to describe how pleased we were with our stay!! So clean and beautiful, looked like it had just been renovated it was pristine. Had all the amenities and everything you need in the kitchen to cook a proper Christmas dinner we were blown away! A lovely warm welcome with a lovely Xmas card and some bits for us, beds are comfy, views are amazing, spacious… fantastic for multiple families in one house… kids loved the PlayStation! Towels all fluffy, Christmas decs put up for us so we could be festive. Fast reponses on my many questions before we arrived!!! Really kind and fantastic hosts I honestly couldn’t praise this house and the hosts more. I’ve stayed in many an air BnB and this one ticks every box. Thank you for the best Christmas stay!

A very comfortable house on the seafront in a nice seaside town. Everywhere was in walking distance, close to the seafront.

Jo's place had everything we needed. Frinton was very quiet as we stayed over Christmas but I liked that. Being on the beach in the sunshine on Christmas Day was fabulous. Jo left lots of Christmas treats for us and the dogs. One dog managed to find a whole in the fence and visited next door - Jo was very quick to ask after our dog and to say she will sort the fence for future.
