Megan was a very nice and responsive host! Easy/Flexible checkin, and very detailed and clear instructions on how to check out! The place looked exactly like the pictures and I felt right at home! If I am ever in the Dayton area again I would definitely book this place/ any other listings that Megan may have! :)

This is my third extension to my stay and I have continued enjoying living here while looking for a more permanent home. Kate is a great host, the location can't be beat, and I love the charm of the space and neighborhood!
