Such a wonderful spot - lovely space, quiet and peaceful outdoor area, and an absolutely perfect location (walkable and easy access to BART). Claudia was incredibly welcoming and made our entire a stay a breeze. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back when we visit again!!

Das war mit Abstand das beste Air bnb was wir je hatten. So viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber, super gemütlich, gute ruhige Lage und viele Annehmlichkeiten die uns geschenkt wurden von Spencer, z.B. Zitronen und Kräuter aus seinem Garten, Süßigkeiten und andere Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben. In den Räumlichkeiten fehlte es uns wirklich an absolut nichts. Dann morgens einen Kaffee im Bett mit Blick über San Francisco...ich weiß nicht, was es Besseres hätte geben können. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sauber, ungefährlich und liegt günstig zu verschiedenen Verkehrsanbindungen. Ein guter Tipp: fahrt mit dem direkten Bus, der ganz in der Nähe hält, zum Baker Beach! Wir werden Spencers Gastfreundschaft und das Loft vermissen! Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt!

This was a really great place. There was everything you needed, it was very tastefully appointed and VERY clean. Close to downtown and bunch of restaurants and places to go. Would stay again.

Grace was a great host! She answered all our questions and helped whenever needed. It was a pleasure meeting her and we had a great stay at her house. It was just what we needed for our business trip! Having three independent suite rooms worked really nice for our team. We didn't realize one of the bathrooms, was a shared by two rooms until we got there, but we made do just fine. She left some fresh fruit, eggs and cheese in the fridge for us to eat after our very loooong flights, that was much appreciated to wake up and not have to go shopping on the first day.

Mike was a friendly and responsive host! We booked this location last minute and it had everything we needed. The loft was perfect and comfortable. Mike had a prepared list of all the great things to visit in Alameda and San Francisco. The location itself was peaceful and felt safe to walk around at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Safe neighborhood, but not the prettiest or in the best location for food. Good parking in the culdesac. Place is quite nice and has great amenities. My dog and I appreciated our stay here.

We had a nice stay

Tina’s place is great! Immaculate, nice layout, spacious (more so than it looks like in the photos), the bed is super comfy. The shower/steam room is divine!! Tina is very thoughtful - frequently checking in to see if I needed anything, while also giving plenty of space. She even left extra snacks for me! I found her to be accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with. I felt safe there, good amount of street parking, occasionally there is street noise at night which earplugs helped with. I will definitely come back!

We had a great stay here. It was spotless and the place is well cared for. The unit was very spacious, having an additional half bath and the laundry machine was particularly useful. For those who are light and noise sensitive, just be aware that the bedroom shades are not currently blackout and you do hear a little bit a noise through the windows. For us this wasn't an issue because it was raining/overcast during our stay so there weren't many folks out and about (this unit overlooks a dog park and a cute outdoor dining area). Even though the area is still developing, it felt very safe and we loved having Firebrand just around the corner for breakfast. We had some issues with the bed and Nespresso machine during our stay and when we contacted the hosts about it, they were very responsive.

Thank you for hosting us. In a sea of high priced overnights in the Bay Area, this was a more affordable option, but still clean and cozy to stay in! And close to BART to visit other places.

Great accomodation, we had a family of 6 staying. The loft was a treat for the kids. Neighbourhood was good and safe and close to BART and highway. Kitchen could do with a few more basics. Jinwei was very responive and quick to act when asked for items for the flat.
