Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

What a little gem. Wonderful hosts, super friendly and kind. Being right next to the farm was great and my 4yr old really enjoyed the hot tub and having the chickens there, so much so whenever we suggested going off-site she just wanted to stay! Normally we like a key safe and never to see a host, but these guys have the balance just perfect of being around and friendly but giving you space. The cabin was the perfect retreat for our little family and the village is great with all amenities too.

We had a lovely 3 night break that went all too quickly. Jane is very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The cottage is as described, the shower is nice and hot and powerful and the bed really comfortable. We did plenty of walking around Foxton Locks and the town of Market Harborough as well as Rutland Water, we ate out a couple of nights at The White Horse Inn at Stoke Albany a 12 min drive and the The Bell Inn at East Langton 2 min drive both were excellent (Weds night at The Bell Inn is Steak night). We would love to return to the cottage in the future. Jane Jim and Ruby the Beagle 🐶

We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

My wife and I had a rare weekend end away from the kids and this was just perfect. We loved it, the atmosphere of the place, the amenities provided, we very much enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. It has so much to do there, tons of games and thoughtful things provided. We are going to come back in the summer but bring the kids with us. They will just love the water, the games, exploring the woods and the fishing nets. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Spent 3 incredibly relaxing nights in the Hayloft. The accommodation had everything we needed and was done out to a high spec with some lovely touches to make it feel homely. We particularly enjoyed the location; set in beautiful countryside with lovely local walks. We loved seeing all the farm animals. The home made meals were delicious and highly recommended. And Rupert and the team were fantastic hosts. We will definitely be coming back!

A little cold when we arrived due to the time of year and no quest before us, this was some put right with the heating system. If we needed anything Ady was always there to help. It is well equipped with modern cooking facilities, plus a washer come dryer machine. An added bonus is the view of the country side from the window.
