Monthly Rentals in Nye County

So glad I was able to find this place. I needed a long-term rental an it was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, clean and Jason was great. He was very attentive and very kind. I truly felt welcomed and at home during my stay.

The host’s were very kind. They give you your space which is nice. But they are still available in case you need anything. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There is everything you need in the Casita. Great food places nearby and a dry cleaner 1 block away. I had a peaceful stay and am grateful

First Impressions: The entire place was spotless and smelled amazing! Soo was so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Amenities: It is evident Soo is a Pro! All her pictures in her posts are exactly what the place looks like. This place is fully equipped for long-term stays. Good washer dryer, Very good WIFI. AC worked perfectly and we had control over the temperature. Easy Parking. Pricing: The price of this airbnb is well worth it. Communication: Soo responded immediately to all our texts and was always available for us. Location: We took walks around the neighborhood. During the morning and late afternoon, the street does have some traffic, but we worked from home and did not have issues with it. You are about 2 miles away from the strip. Near the house there are plenty of restaurants, gyms and shopping centers. During our 3-month stay Soo really went above and beyond for us. She is very detail oriented and is clear she seeks to provide the highest quality hosting!

Best value in Las Vegas. The place makes you not want to leave. I surely didn't. Attentive hosts checking in and nicely communicating. Felt safe. I am a night shift nurse and was happy I chose this Airbnb. Highly recommend for working professionals. 2 mile Lyft ride to Fremont St. Would definitely stay again.
