Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nuthe-Urstromtal

We spent New Year at Margit & Heiko’s place and it was the perfect place for a small group to getaway. The house is large and comfortable but it still felt cosy and warm. The bed (and the sofa bed) are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there are nice areas to sit and eat or watch films. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail that made us feel at home like the bottle of wine they left for us, plenty of clean towels and some Christmas decorations :)

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

good place to spend the holiday

This is a truly unique , aesthetically appealing loft located in a very cool non touristy area of Berlin. Beautiful tree lined streets, a farmers market on Saturday, cool cafes and restaurants make this area a great place to explore. The loft has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, complimentary beer to welcome you, a hot shower with pressure, comfortable beds, a view that is breathtaking. One thing that might be helpful knowing- if you are traveling with a person who has difficulties with stairs, there are a lot of stairs to climb. My 80 year old mother was anxious about this but handled them fine. This is an apartment with no self check in, and the communication was great. Magnus had a close friend greet us and show us around the apartment which worked out well! A beautiful, interesting, place to stay. Highly recommend. I highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was exactly as described, matching the listing photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Living room furniture was clean and comfortable for lounging and watching television. The adjacent sleeping area had the most comfortable bed we have experienced in an airBnB. Nice view from the windows. (Too cold to take advantage of the balconies.) Bathroom was stocked with fresh towels, toiletries and ample bath tissue. Kitchen had items necessary for simple meal preparation. We cooked daily. So many nice touches from our host. Pleasant interactions with all the staff we encountered working in the building. The apartment is located close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery. Public transportation is located a few short blocks away. The neighborhood seemed family and dog oriented, lively. Walking late in the evening felt completely safe. Simon’s place is a great “home away from home” experience. Highly recommend!

Kurt was a fabulous, proactive communicator; space was clean, comfortable with easy access to public transportation. Neighborhood easy to get to and from other areas, has plenty of commerce for necessities: groceries, drug stores, restaurants, etc. Would certainly recommend Kurt’s space; he was so generous and thoughtful in preemptive anticipation of what would make our stay enjoyable, from his detailed and informative guest book to his welcoming bottle of wine and delicious coffee. I had SO MUCH FUN in this flat! Truly one of the most unique experiences I have ever had with AirBNB - the sparkling rainbow mood lighting really has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Great space, so much thought put into the décor. And I definitely need to come back in the summer to make the most of the amazing roof garden. (Being December, I had only one sunny day to really admire the views, but it is such a lovely green space.) Fantastic location, mere steps from Victoria Park, which meant that both Schoeneberg and Bergmannkiez were within easy walking distance.

Great long weekend stay at Egils lovely apartment. Very easy to check in and a beautiful place in an excellent location. Easy to communicate on and would stay again next time I’m in the wonderful Berlin.

the flat is so stylish, everything is beautiful. it's extremely well equipped and spotless. the u Bahn station is close, and we loved the local restaurant- Lemongrass. totally recommend this place.

From the outside it looks like a typical concrete apartment building. Inside, it's a beautiful and tastefully decorated oasis located near many restaurants and parks in Berlin. We took advantage of Bolt & Lime scooters to go as far as the Brandenburg Gate via Tiergarten Park.

We stayed at Mandy and Andreas's place for the second time. We really enjoyed our stay as it was last time: the accommodation invites you to relax with the stylish furnishings, modern bathroom and great kitchen. The space of the apartment is optimally used. Highly recommended!

This was hands down one of the best and most beautiful urban Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures and was absolutely spotless. All the fixtures and appliances are modern and seem brand new, and the place is equipped with beautiful lighting and very tasteful furniture. We stayed during the winter and particularly enjoyed the floor heating in every room, which kept the apartment incredibly cozy and comfortable. In the summer, the rooftop must be amazing! Rounding it all out was a fantastic host - Eric was a great communicator, always available when we had questions and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here the next time we’re in Berlin

Wonderful place, perfect for six people. Modern design with fully equipped kitchen. Great family room to hang out together. Balcony was very nice and so close to the TV Tower you can see it from the living room!
