This place was such a blessing. I had an emergency situation come up and needed a place to stay asap. David was very quick, accommodating, and responsive to all my questions. I was able to check in less than an hour after messaging him! The place itself is perfect for long term stays and the internet is strong and steady which is crucial for me since I am on video calls all day. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and a convenient water delivery service. The included weekly cleaning service is a great amenity- Olga is just the sweetest <3 Looking forward to staying in the future!

Brian and team are amazing! Brian is incredibly accessibly and attentive and prioritizes exceeding your expectations. The unit is sufficient, clean, fully stocked with a toiletries and extra towels and filled with natural light. The building's roof lives up to expectations (though the pool isn't heated.....yet). offering yummy drinks and lots of opportunities to meet new people. The gym is also well stocked so you could skip a big apple pass if you wanted to. Easily one of the best stays you'll have in PV.

We loved the apartment and the place in general, we would definitely like to come back. The apartment is very well cared for and very well equipped to spend a vacation with all the comforts and needs of visitors.

I came down to PV for a solo 2.5 week trip and knew I wanted a space that I could enjoy and make it feel like it was a home away from home. Immediately upon getting inside the unit, I fell in love. My favourite space was the patio, 1000%. Spacious with great seating that over looked Margarita Grill and La Dolce Vita. Sure, the music at night was loud till late in the evening but that didn’t bother me whatsoever. If that’s something you’re not wanting and want peace and quiet when it’s dark - you might want to keep looking. But honestly - you’re in Mexico. Enjoy the vibes going on! Both Jesus and Yuri were incredible with checking in through out my stay, which made me feel really comfortable to reach out if I needed anything. This place has everything you need and you will not be disappointed, cause I certainly wasn’t. I was very sad to leave but I know I’ll be reaching out to Yuri in the future for another booking! Thanks boys!

The condo was clean, quiet, convenient, and comfortable! We loved the rooftop area, the pool, and the gym.

From the beginning they accept the reservation, they are very attentive and are always waiting for your arrival. Excellent facilities and very nice rooms. 100% recommended.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

This place is in a great location and close to many restaurants. It’s very clean and comfortable and quiet. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Wonderful introduction to Vallarta. High floor with great vis to the West and South Bay. Kitchen had cooling essentials upon arrival and everything functioned well. Isabelle was very good to work through some noise issues with neighbors that were partying late. Being onsite, She met with the council office to communicate or concerns. Be prepared to deal with the club noise from beach club Chicobal across the creek afternoons until 10 pm Fri-Sun. This issue is out of the control of the Venetian property and the unit owner so there is nothing they can do about it as it is approved by the local governance. Love the property and Isabelle as a traveler.

The place is very very nice. Everybody that works. There is really helpful and they always check on you and the rooftop people. The bartenders. They were so on point.

This is place is incredible. Perfect location with 24/7 security and luxurious amenities. Everything is high quality and there is an incredible attention to detail

Sandra's place was a good fit for my wife and I. The one bedroom, bathroom and living area were perfectly adequate for our needs and the kitchen permitted us to cook most anything. Air conditioning worked just fine. The building has five floors but we enjoyed being on the first since we could walk over to the pool in 30 seconds. The gym was even closer and we used it a lot: has three aerobic machines and a weight apparatus that was pretty good. We discovered a wonderful Asian restaurant, Tuk Tuk, about two blocks away and the supermarket was even closer. All in all a nice location. Sandra was available through the AirBnB app with no delays and Jesús who lives in PV met us on the first day and came over quickly when we had the occasional issue.

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

Nice building with a well put together apartment. The unit is larger than depicted. The street and construction noise are unfortunately a nuisance. Would highly recommend once the construction across the street is completed.

Everything was like the pictures online. The condo was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful jungle surroundings! We loved watching the birds and butterflies from the decks and pool. The house was spacious and great a/c. Martita was excellent and made a great breakfast for us! Delicious chilaquiles :) the pictures don’t do it justice, the place is amazing and so close to town!

The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was bigger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaime was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the stay even better. The location was also great. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to popular tourist spots. I will come back next time.

Heaven on Earth!! My family truly enjoyed themselves here and I definitely would like to come back. The only mistake we made was that the extra food charge meant we can literally order whatever extra snacks & hold over foods we needed for our stay. It was unclear so we didn’t take advantage of that at all….Especially having 2 little kids on this vacation. The chefs, cleaners, and welcome host Enrique were the angels that this vacation a memorable experience for my family. I truly appreciate the conversations & suggestions they provided us. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a great reset for you. You will come back refreshed from your trip.

It would only be negative if you are lazy and don't want to walk up the hill. But after eating as many street taco's and beers as I did... its probably a good thing to get a bit of exercise! Great place, some evenings were a bit noisy with parties and dogs but I think you would get that at every place in Sayulita. Being able to shut the water fall off would be nice but it was set to only go off during the day so it wasn't ever an issue noise wise.

We loved the place, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice as it comes in the ad and is an area full of tranquility. The service and instructions were excellent. Definitely a 100% recommended house.
