Such a great place to stay in Guadalajara! The apartment is bright, welcoming, and spacious (especially spacious for us, two adults + a toddler). The neighborhood is attractive and the location is convenient, whether you are grabbing a few groceries at the nearby Fresko or enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the patio of Talismán Café (just a 5-minute walk away). The hosts are very kind and responsive, and I appreciated their hospitality. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

This apartment was great for my month-long stay. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Centro / Cathedral area but there were countless restaurants and shops within blocks - so many that I wasn't able to try them all during my time there. As a single traveler, this apartment felt safe - there was almost always security present. The apartment itself was on a quite street and stayed very cool. The only downside (if there is one) is that there isn't a ton of natural light during the days and the lights within the apartment are very bright. But all-in-all a great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay in Guadalajara. Inside the building it is completely safe and has a pool and fitness center. It has a prime location in the center of the city with many places to visit on foot. I would definitely stay at this place again.

We stayed almost 5 months in Carlos's apartment, it was our home during that time, we had a great time with my wife, our dog and I. Many restaurants in the area and being close to the Minerva, the connectivity to get around the city is perfect. We will definitely choose Carlos' apartment on our next visit to Guadalajara. First floor with the patrio giving you direct access to the pool was perfect. Beautiful view with amazing sunrise and sunset. Comfortable beds and couch. Good cooking space and access to washer and dryer was perfect for a longer stay.

The apartment is in a condominium and seems quite safe. We were asked for identifications to all to enter, there was an oxxo front and a pizzeria, that was comfortable and helpful. The only bad thing is that the pool was not in operation when we went but the host let us know before accepting the stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Manuel's place, the unit was clean with plenty of amenities. The beds wee comfortable with clean sheets. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of clean towels. The only issue we has was with the master bedroom shower, the water had no presser and not hot enough. Other than that the place is a 5-star place.

Large house ideal for large groups a 5-minute walk from the 3 de marzo stadium, you can easily reach by transport and move to places like walking and very simple plaza homeland. I recommend it in case they go to a concert in the stadium or are in the area.
