Looks and is exactly as advertised on Airbnb! Lovely location and clean building that provides a lot of amenities! Extremely helpful and great communication with the host ! We needed something for the bathroom and they were quick to help us and bring it to the room! Would definitely recommend again and stay!

Great place with beautiful view to the park and on the other side of the place it has city view also. Clean, air conditioned, and attentive service from the owners. 10/10

Toño was very helpful and responsive before, during, and after the stay. My flight came in an hour before check in time, and he was able to accommodate an earlier check in. The front desk is also very helpful and kind. This spot is very central to a lot of bars and restaurants. Some museums & shops within walking distance as well. I relied on UBER only to get to other districts. Due to how central this spot is, I would note that some sounds travel in on Saturday night but for me it wasn't an issue. Photos are pretty spot on with how this spot looks & everyone made my stay a great experience

We stayed almost 5 months in Carlos's apartment, it was our home during that time, we had a great time with my wife, our dog and I. Many restaurants in the area and being close to the Minerva, the connectivity to get around the city is perfect. We will definitely choose Carlos' apartment on our next visit to Guadalajara. The stay was amazing - the apartment was spotless, well decorated and equipped with everything needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet, and the host was very attentive and kind. I would definitely come back!

I highly recommend this House for anyone that wants to experience Tlaquepaque. The Location is Amazing and the House is very big. Well maintained and the staff and the recommendations for restaurants and even private travel was Amazing.

Communication with Maria Teresa was always timely, clear and effective, the place was very comfortable, I was surprised that it was ornate Christmas very according to the season and that towards feeling at home, it was a very good plus. Comfortable and tidy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, has a terrace and some gym gadgets that add up, the house is in front of a school but there was no noise coming in, close to a big square and the place was very safe at night, no earring, definitely come back to this place and with the host!!!
