The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing house for a nice get away or a peaceful weekend. The house is huge and its really beautiful. Everything about this house was amazing and it was close to alot of nice restaurants. The area was also really nice and quiet , very peaceful with a great view of the ocean. Loved this place i would definitely recommend this house. The host were also very nice and responded quick .

We had a great time at the beach house, Really enjoyed the sunsets, felt safe and secure because it’s a gated community. If you have a car it’s super convenient lots of different restaurants 5 min drive away in going north our south. Ray recommended Encanto Restaurant it was so beautiful food was delicious, be ready to take lots of pictures so many spots for great pictures there.

The house is amazing with a beautiful view. our host was super responsive. Only drawback is some limited diversions close by the location, short drive to beaches, restaurants, about 45min to the Valle.

We were a group of 11 people staying in Benjamin’s beautiful home for 4 nights. The house was very spacious and comfortable for a group of our size. Getting to the house was a bit complicated due to the fact that the GPS only gave us one route which was a little difficult for our cars to go through. However, Tony was available for assistance and showed us an alternate route which was extremely easy to access. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants and shops very close by which made it so much easier for us as well. Overall it was a great experience and would choose to book this air bnb again in the future.

This was my second year staying in this beautiful home! The house is perfect for a large group or family. The community feels very safe and peaceful. Elizabeth is a very helpful and responsive hope. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Las Gaviotas!

10 stars! I travel a lot and half of the year I stay in airbnbs. One thing about Baja is it’s very rare to find a great shower experience. By far the shower was better than any shower I’ve used in Mexico in 7 years of travel. The temperature was adjustable and the pressure was perfect and strong! I know that is an odd item to share but for me it really shows the lengths Michelle and her team went to make a very comfortable experience out in the beautiful countryside of Tecate. The AC blew perfectly cold. The jacuzzi was so great. Comfy beds. The views amazing and the quiet peace of nature. Phenomenal. Michelle told us about a Pueblo town up the road from her that has an orphanage we ended up visiting that we will visit again and bring supplies. We enjoyed wine country just 10 minutes away and also some very good local restaurants nearby. By far this is one of my favorite BNBs, and I saw they are making another house just on the beautiful 5 acre property. Thank you Michelle!
