Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm. So much to do and so close to it all, like restaurants, hospitals, the movie theater, parks, Corpus Christi A&M, Golf Course, hiking and bird watching, access to the ocean in 3 different directions.
