Monthly Rentals in Nova Independência

Marcos' house is in a great location, close to the Mall and the Park (less than 10 minutes). It has all kitchen utensils, barbecue and laundry. It was extremely clean, with smelling bed and bath linens. Cozy and spacious place, exactly matches the listing. Another facility that I and the group loved was the convenience at check in and checkout, which is done remotely. Extremely considerate host and respond quickly to all questions! We love the stay, we'll be back soon! I recommend it!

The accommodation was great! Beautiful and nicely decorated apartment, many utensils of each available. Very cozy environment. Coming we feel very much at home with fragrant home and ambient, super cozy music. Good bed, shower ok, beautiful view! Hostel passes all the necessary information in a clear and organized way! Products are left for consumption inside the apartment in case of need, I find an incredible idea! The only thing that was missed was an air conditioner in the living room, as it was quite warm we could not take advantage of it for long. No mais everything was great!!
