Monthly Rentals in Notre Dame, Paris

We had an amazing stay and Loic is a great host! The studio has been recently renewed and it was super clean. It looked brand new and it had everything we need for our stay. The area had loads of shops, restaurants, bars and a market. It is also super close to the metro, and minutes away from many amazing landmarks. I would stay again, and would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in Elise's AirBnB, which become a home away from home in Paris. Elise was a wonderful host and the apartment had everything available for a long stay. The quartier is a little noisy but also amazingly situated - right down the street from the Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes walk away from the Sacré Cœur. I recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for a long stay in Paris!

1,000 characters can't describe just how awesome the apartment is!! The photos and reviews are great, but it is even MORE spectacular in person!! The view of the Seine is a highlight of the living room--it's a true view, not a peek-a-boo. There is TONS of luggage storage behind the gray curtain in the bedroom (a little hidden room!), and the mirrored closet is very generous with its double racks + drawers and shelves! The refrigerator is well-sized for the apartment, and there is quite a lot of storage space in the kitchen as well. The bed, chairs, and day-bed/couch are all comfortable. Wi-fi speed is strong. The bathroom felt spacious and the combination washer-dryer (behind the mirror) worked well. Marco and Federico were VERY responsive and easy to work with. We would rent from them again--here at "Oly Ike" as we called it or anywhere. The building felt secure and the neighborhood was great! Don't miss Les Deux Colombes!! + Boulangerie Notre Dame's poulet croustillante!

This is a great little apartment in a super cute area with lots of thrift shopping, bars, and restaurants. I’m a single woman and I felt pretty safe in the apt and at night outside. Oliver was super flexible with my check-in which was much appreciated! There were a few noisy neighbors watching sports late but that can’t be helped. Fair warning: the hot water does run out pretty quickly when you shower and the bathroom is teeny tiny. But that’s to be expected in Paris and it’s a fantastic little apartment for the price! There’s surprisingly a lot of storage and all the amenities (besides a dish washer). It was easy to cook and the bed was comfy even if you can’t sit up in it haha. Great for long term solo stays!
