We absolutely loved Phillip’s incredibly charming and cozy cottage! The interior is gorgeous and the exterior waterfront view will take your breath away! We spent a lot of time fishing on the dock and loved eating our bountiful catch! Lots to explore nearby in the quaint small towns of the Northern Neck! Phillip was very quick to respond to my many questions and always offered local recommendations which we really appreciated! We did a quick run to Walmart to get firewood for the outdoor pit, bait and $9 camping chairs. The chairs made our dock fishing more comfortable than the built-in dock bench. My advice is run, don’t walk, to secure a reservation at this stunning waterfront oasis! We can’t wait to return! K Helms, Clifton, VA

Lovely place! The kayaks and SUP were in great shape and we enjoyed time on the water. The kids set crab pots and fished.There was lots of space to eat meals together and to have quiet time alone. Pretty decor and beautiful views of the river. It was a short stay for us or we would have tried some of the restaurant recommendations.

This is a great place for a relaxing family getaway. The property is right on the water with a nice dock you can walk out on every morning. They even have chairs already out there so you can sit and drink your coffee, read, etc. The house itself was very clean with tons of supplies provided. There are grocery stores and restaurants not too far away. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this serene and private waterfront home. The setting was incredibly peaceful and relaxing—Although it was a bit too chilly for kayaking or fishing during our visit, the girls had an amazing time in the game room, which kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was a standout—beautifully equipped and spacious enough for all of us to cook together comfortably. The property itself is stunning, very well maintained, and set in a truly picturesque location. We’re already wishing for a return visit when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy everything this wonderful Airbnb has to offer! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! We spent five nights there and were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and spacious it was. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and we made great use of the kayaks, which came fully equipped with all the necessary supplies. Highly recommend this place!
