Monthly Rentals in Northside East Bay

I had a wonderful 8 week stay at Karen’s bnb ! Karen was so responsive and welcoming. The bnb is such a cozy space. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bnb is located very close to the downtown area- is very walkable. And Karen offers private parking, so I always knew my car was safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family getaway at Daniel’s place. We enjoyed walks around the property and long soaks in the hot tub on a beautiful winter day. The home had everything we needed for a memorable weekend. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s place. It was clean & comfortable and a great price. We will stay here when in town again!

The place exceeds expectations and reviews regarding noise from the business below are unwarranted in my view. A bit of street noise in the AM as they get going but no different than any other city I’ve been in - can’t expect the city to be totally silent for you all the time, and I always use a white noise app so it’s all good. The place is literally fantastic and a literal apartment to yourself zero share of anything, not even walls! Gigantic fridge, comfy new furniture, big comfortable bed, dish washer and awesome water pressure! For a single male its ideal location could see a single woman loving the unit but the immediate area is a little unsavoury with sketchy neighbours hanging outside with dogs barking at night. Not the renters issue honestly and I did not care and close to a lot, but it is a super dark area at night and for that reason can’t give it highest marks for walk ability, however during the day 3-4 blocks from everything no problems. I would go back 1000%.
