Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb it was huge so definitely perfect for big families. Felt like we needed a day or two extra to fully enjoy it but it was a quick stay just to relax and it did exactly that. Hot tub was lovely :). Charlotte bought balloons and banners last minute for me so thankful for that. Chinese takeaway and shops so close and only a 10 minute drive so that was also great. This can’t be helped but the location on a business site was a little strange to see at first having stayed in a lot of Airbnbs with picturesque views, however it didn’t spoil the trip and I did feel once we shut the blinds etc it felt private.

Bright Modern Holiday Villa

The villa was ideal for our purposes. When we visited Margate , we used to stay at the Premier Inn and visit family at their home, eat out and generally have a good but unsettled time. This time they came to us, felt right at home, took off their boots and shoes and had to be pried back out of the door! It is an ideal home from home with all you could need and more. This will be our home from home from now on. I fully blame Craig and Imogen for successful 3 generational family success!

We stayed for a weekend as we were going to a wedding nearby. The Cart Lodge is quite outstanding - a really gorgeous and comfortable place full of character and with all the facilities you could hope for. We actually wished we could stay longer!

This place is beautifully decorated and celebrates the history of Leigh on Sea. I have rented Lisa’s Old Leigh cottage in many occasions through the years and and will definitely do it again. It does feel like a second home for my family and friends. Highly recommend !

Just came back from a weekend away at Bonnie cottage with the family and couldn’t have been more perfect. For a start Jo messaged to say we could get in earlier than advertised and stay longer than the advertised time which just added to the weekend. The place was how it looked in the photos and such a lovely designed and laid out house. Perfect location for the beach, and Frinton. Had everything we needed and she even went to the effort to put a Xmas tree in there! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again. Thank you!!!

Elizabeth’s home was comfortable and welcoming. It was a perfect location for late November walks along the coast with lunch and Christmas lights to enjoy in Whitstable or Herne Bay then returning to a cosy house. We (6 adults) all enjoyed the good size open and light space downstairs looking out into the garden from the kitchen. The beach hut and garden facilities would be a great bonus in the summer. Thank you for a very happy family weekend!

What stood out for me the most was how quick Farouk helped resolve the alarm issue which I had accidentally triggered. He came very quicky and saw that it was fixed. That blew my mind. The house felt like home which warmed my heart. Thank you for being a fantastic host Farouk

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Goodhall Barn it was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was amazing! The surrounding countryside is idyllic so much to see an absolutely beautiful area. Comfortable, cozy stay in a rural farm stay. We used public transport to get there. Buses are ~2.5 hours apart. There is a village shop 15 min walk away which has small selection of frozen food/sandwiches/milk/bread/egg and other groceries. Own vehicle is preferred to explore the area properly. Kids were happy to see the animals and feed them. Wendy rightly informed us that swimming pool was not operational at that moment before accepting our request.
