Monthly Rentals in Northern Thailand

The apartment and location were definitely as mentioned and as in the photos. Location: 5 minutes to old city by motorcycle, 10 minutes to nimman. It's definitely a calm area. 7-Eleven and Big C mini 1 minutes by walk. The furniture is in good condition and very comfortable. There's a smart TV and netflix. The internet is very fast and smooth. There are supplies such as shampoo and body lotion, two towels, toilet paper, dish detergent. Communication with the host is fast. I requested an extension because I liked the house, the host immediately helped me with the extension between the possible dates.

Place was ideal for my stay. I particularly enjoyed the desk set up, which allowed me to work comfortably. Antoinne was a very helpful and responsive host. Always answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. Will likely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this special and unique cat sanctuary airbnb. Judy and Chris were the perfect hosts - extremely responsive and so friendly. It was clear that all the staff really loved the cats and took wonderful care of them. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful retreat surrounded by cats!

Jibu’s place is actually way better than it looks in the photos, very beautiful surroundings n very peaceful atmosphere. Place is equipped with everything u need even for long term stay, bed was comfortable, view from bedroom is very beautiful, it takes around 5min in car or bike to maya mall and around 10min to old town Definitely recommend this place for those traveling to Chiang Mai
