Roslyn was an amazing Host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Made our experience even better as she made us feel at home. The house itself is incredible, light, breezy and uniquely up amongst the trees which made it even more relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a little piece of paradise, the outdoor of this gem is actually better than it looks on the photos. It has an amazing terrace overlooking the bay and a spacious lawn where you can enjoy the tranquillity under the trees. The house was clean and functional, the bedrooms very spacious and it offers all the amenities you need for the perfect holiday. Naomi was quick in responding and even organised the delivery of some personal valuables I had forgotten behind. I would def recommend and we will be back!

This place is really special and peaceful. The views are incredible, the house is set up really nicely with everything you could need for a family: games for kids, SUPs and kayaks, and all cooking equipment. Couldn’t recommend highee

We absolutely loved our stay at 5 Florida road. Magnificent views, sensational location and the house was incredibly well equipped! Rachael was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive to any requests that we had and with bringing some items we left in the house back to Sydney for collection which was very thoughtful. A gorgeous end to our summer holidays 🌺

Sue’s AirBnB overlooking Pittwater was simply breathtaking - and, it was the ideal location & accomodation for my family & I to unite for my Milestone Birthday. The amenities & photos were accurately reflected in the AirBnB listing, Sue was very helpful and we all really enjoyed our 3 days in this lovely home. There are a couple of points to note: There was a noticeable musty smell in places, which I think was from there being a lot of wood throughout the home, and with being close to the waters edge too……and in the evenings, when we surpassed the dew point, we heard the dripping of water on the roof of the outdoor patio downstairs & that water dripping continued on into the night. Initially we thought it was raining, but it wasn’t. However, we soon got used to that & it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was well appointed, the water view was stunning & the memories that we all made together will stay with us always. Many Thanks Sue.

Dylan was super flexible regarding our stay and offered lots of support and advice for the things we wanted to do. He really went above and beyond to help us. The villa is in a very quiet, highly desirable neighbourhood, with stunning views, yet not too far to drive to major places of interest to us.

Ian’s place is absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the photos. He’s styled it so nicely and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and the place was spotless. It’s so close to Newport beach, max 8 minute walk to the Newport Arms Hotel and cafes and shops within 5 minute walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again :) Thanks for having us

We had a very lovely stay at Hayley’s over Christmas. The family and dogs love it !!! It’s walking distance to the beach, the outdoor spa is a plus and the kitchen is very well equipped to cook a feast! Thank you for having us … we hope to be back one day!

Had a great stay. Perfectly set up for a family with young kids. Plenty of books and toys as well as the pool and spa kept us all entertained for the week, despite some poor weather. Airbnb at its best, with a family opening up their home for others to respectfully use.

Amazing, simply amazing. Walking in the front door felt like we had jumped into a completely self sufficient sanctuary with fun for our three boisterous kids and two parents who needed a kickback. Amazing entertaining kitchen and deck with great sight lines for kids in the pool and trampoline wearing themselves out. I hope this holiday glow continues for a while, because our trip to Jasmins house has set us up for a brilliant 2023.

Ana was really friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay - the house is beautiful, each bedroom well decorated, lots of different areas for a group. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool on a hot day! Highly recommend !

extremely supportive and proactive for all our needs. thoughtful maintenance for our longer stay during high winds to clean yard and pool as needed. Jen and Ben went above and beyond to make our reception warm by providing food and drinks for our first morning after arriving from Canada - what a treat as we arrived extremely late. We would definitely recommend the house to families who are looking for a peaceful and private home with an incredible view. This is a home that is well loved and cared for by very kind people. We would definitely return for another family vacation in the future. Private beach access and delicious local restaurants near by! Our children loved the home and we had plenty of space to play and learn as a homeschooling family. The breezes were incredible and the open-air living was the right fit for the scenery. Air-Conditioned bedrooms provided a cool zone to rest in. Beautiful soaker tubs were enjoyed by the children. Jen and Ben were exceptional hosts!

Nerilee's place was fantastic. I would say even better than the photos. Travelling with a large family is often difficult and somewhat stressful but there was no stress with this place. It was perfect for a family - pool, yard, bbq and the open living with the connection to the outside via sliding doors and open windows was just awesome. The beach is easy walking distance and was a great surf beach. Coming back from the beach and jumping into the outside shower (which had hot water!) was just a great finish to the day. The rooms were large and clean. Your open suitcase doesn't get in the way! We ventured out and visited local shops, restaurants and short drive to our new favourite brewery Modus Operadi. We will definitely look to come back. Thank you Nerilee.

We had a wonderful stay! 10 days at this beautiful beachside home was so memorable and exactly what we needed to feel like we were away from it all. We are very familiar to the area, so staying somewhere in Curl Curl at a property that was tucked away as to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere, with beautiful views and the sound of the ocean was more than we could have asked for! Emily is a great host, responsive, helpful and her home is exactly as described. We loved our stay and will be back! Highly recommend this property!

Such a great place to stay for our family of 5! It has so much space, the four bedrooms were fantastic and it was nice to spread out over the living room, kitchen and beautiful sun room. The pool was perfect for my kids when we were not at the beach. Freshwater has a great beach with lots of cafes and only a 5-10 min walk away. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Despite being right on the beach front, once inside Tristan's home it was very private and peaceful. So convenient, central and fantastic! We had a great stay and we would stay again.

Loved a chilled week in Palmy. Great location if you enjoy the flat side. Short walk across to Snappermans beach. Lovely little house.

My friends and I stayed there for a weekend, about a 10/15 minute walk from the Newport arms and not far from the yacht club. House was spacious with plenty of parking with all necessary equipment in the house. Would stay there again if I’m in the area.

The location and view from this stay was AMAZING- photos don’t do it justice!!! Close walking distance to the beach and local food spots. The host is very responsive and helped us with any issues/ questions that arose. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Simone’s beautiful home. It is in a great location with direct access to the beach, which makes the experience very special. We enjoyed our long-term stay. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the lagoon. We particularly liked the generous amount of space.
