Vacation rentals with a balcony in Northern Beaches Council

This apartment was stunning with gorgeous views in a great location. We used to live across the street and loved the feeling of being back home. Will definitely use as our base when we’re back on the coast next time!

The property is very comfortable, and its design is gorgeous. Dini is so friendly and provides everything that may be needed thoughtfully. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Sydney.

I had a great stay in Sydney thanks much in part due to Peter and his apartment. He was very responsive when I first arrived and was very friendly in showing me what to know during check-in. The unit was just as pictured with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony overlooking a park. Peter further left creature comforts around such as international wall plugs, hair care products, and even tasty Tim Tams in the fridge. The location was perfect, close to trendy restaurants, transit, and a small mall next door. Definitely consider Peter’s apartment if you’re looking for an idyllic stay in Sydney!

Great private, quiet and clean accommodation. Handy to all amenities. Nothing at all was required for an enjoyable, close to home, getaway retreat. Would definitely go back again !

Wow, what an amazing place! Clean, fresh, modern and total luxury. The hosts of done a great job and have gone above and beyond to create the perfect Airbnb accommodation. Excellent communication from Patrick...quick responses, very helpful and accommodating to requests. Parking permits provided throughout our stay and we didn't have any trouble finding parking in the adjacent streets. Would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We loved staying at John's place in Pyrmont. The flat was very well located for walking across the bridge to Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, plus we loved getting the ferry from Pyrmont wharf to Circular Quay. The 2-bed flat had everything we needed, with all the mod-cons for the kitchen, aircon etc. We used the pool up on the 17th floor but sadly the gym was being renovated during our stay so didn't get to try that out. John was a wonderful host and met us on the first day, explained all the best places to go and was on hand to answer any questions we had. All in all a great stay, at a central location in Sydney with a wonderful host.

Such a great city experience. Walking distance to almost everything you could want, amazing views and a clean, stylish and functional apartment. Volker was very welcoming and helpful with great suggestions for cafes, restaurants and activities in the area. Would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our family of 4 had a Fantastic experience staying in this multilevel historic, renovated townhouse over the Australia Day long weekend. The house is well equipped with air conditioning in all rooms Walking distance to so many sites, easy to get around and paid parking out the front or a well priced Wilson car park just down the road.

Fantastic stay at Dawes point. Catherine’s place was better than the pictures appear. Close to the rocks in a quiet location. Would highly recommend and will return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wheeler Heights, it was pregect for my needs for a couple of days. Although a small space the huge windows and excellent airflow with mozzie-stopping fly screens meant it felt nice and open, and I slept very well on the orthodaedic bed. There are gorgeous view over Narrabeen Lakes and the stunning verdant surrounds. No sound or light pollution at night, and only the squarks of Cockatoos during the day, it was very quiet. Good WiFi meant I could work remote effectively at the kitchen bench and only a very short drive to local amenities, the lakefront, and Collaroy Beach. There's also Warriewood Mall with every conceivable store & service you could possibly need less than 15 minutes drive away. Halina herself was a truly excellent host, very communicative, left me some healthy food in the fridge, and was very flexible with my booking. Another guest wanted to extend at the property I originally booked and she upgraded my booking to ensure we were both happy.

Jenny is by far and away the best host I have ever encountered ... I would recommend Jennys place to anyone coming to Sydney who wants a location that ticks all the boxes. Jennys place is so well set out and every need is provided for. The roof top terrace is something very special. I cant wait to stay again next time I am in Sydney.

Laura’s place was great. The house was perfect for what we needed. Easy to get to and lovely inside. There was quite a lot of street noise and homeless people which might not be for everyone

Fantastic location close to great shopping and restaurants. All of the set amenities were available and having private parking was a great addition to our stay that allowed us to get to the beach and bay fairly easy.

If we are ever back in Sydney I would not hesitate to book this place. Pyrmont is quiet location within 20min. Walk to CBD. Waterfront, lots of cafes and fish market nearby. Both Gary and Sue were extremely nice and gave us good recommendations. Evening on the balcony overlooking harbour is something we will definitely miss

Penny’s place was the perfect place for our family holiday in Coogee. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the comfort of the sofa was my highlight! The apartment was clean, organised and had everything we needed. I appreciated having plenty of towels, beach toys, tennis rackets and the laundry detergent (all things we didn’t have with us as we’d travelled from the UK). The kids loved the cave room and all the toys. The apartment is quiet and cosy, a really peaceful place for a break. Penny was helpful and responsive but gave us privacy. We loved it and really hope we can visit again one day soon.

Great little apartment for Sydney/The Eastern Suburbs exploration. A short stay due to a family emergency, Lola helped facilitate our speedy departure. But got to watch the world go by from the balcony/large window that fills the apartment with light, a cozy spot in the cooler months. Everything was clean & crisp, appreciated biscuits/tea after flying in, back lane best parking entry for small cars - front drive good for higher cars. Good ceiling fan kept us cool, only suggestion - perhaps flyscreen on kitchen or even big glass sliding door. Thanks Lola, you are a very good, flexible host.

Harbour View is an outstanding property and we had a lovely stay there. Great location with stunning views across the harbour. A pleasant walk to Mosman bay Wharf where you can get a ferry to Circular Quays where there are many restaurants, the opera house and trams to other paces in Sydney. There is a closer Ferry Wharf at South Mosman, but that was closed for refurbishment while we were there. The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Fiona, the host, was really helpful. There were a generous selection of goodies when we arrived, including a bottle of Prosecco, which was very welcome after a long journey. One issue to be aware of though is that the parking spot is on level 1 and to reach it you need to go down a spiral road via the car park on level 2. There is limited height in the space provided with the apartment, so would recommend a small to medium sized car. The walk to the wharf is hilly so might not be ideal for everyone but you can use Uber if you prefer.
