Beautiful location, spectacular absolute waterfront view listening to the waves as we slept. Walking distance to excellent cafes. Wonderful day overall would highly recommend.

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

The perfect place to stay in Byron area. Wanda is a beautifully appointed, modern, roomy home with all amenities which backs onto stunning Tallows beach. Starting the day with stunning sunrises over the beach instantly brings the Byron vibe. Its a short walk along the beach to patrolled swimming at Broken Head. Or there's the pool. The house is an easy walk to the best cafe in Byron and grocery supplies. And its a five min drive to Bryon town centre and restaurants / shopping. We loved our stay at Wanda. Would book again.

Aki’s home was exactly how it was advertised. It’s the nicest place we have stayed in thus far. I go away every year with my kids and I have to say the house blew us away. As we opened the door it felt welcoming. It was extremely clean inside and out. Aki left the pool heater on for us which was a bonus touch. The spa was lovely and clean and definitely a highlight for us all. The BBQ area was clean and tidy and easy to use. Aki had thought of everything. She has a great eye for detail. The furniture furnishings and the decor all matched, look fairly new and I couldn’t fault anything about this house. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. We are hoping to return in the summertime.

A beautiful Beach House with everything you need for a wonderful stay, in a great location with Broken Head beach as a stunning back drop. The perfect private pad for a fabulous escape. Sand and surf just a short stroll away (heavenly) and a brilliant base to explore; Byron Bay is just 10 mins in the car. I enjoyed an amazing and relaxing two weeks in this chic, modern, light-filled house (a home-from home) grounded in nature; a slice of Australian paradise! Amanda and Gigi, were both attentive and highly responsive hosts also. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend and will definitely return when back Down Under.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, better than we expected. It was clean and tidy with the thoughtful touch of a welcome basket and a few essentials, including a bottle of milk which made it so relaxing when we got there. Siva communicated well in the lead up and throughout our stay, and was very responsive. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach and a nearby park which was perfect for my kids.

We visited Sydney to celebrate my mother’s birthday and stayed at Andrea’s place with our two toddlers (3 y.o and 1 y.o). It was PERFECT for us! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the stunning Bondi Beach, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. When we first arrived, there was a slight damp smell, likely because the place hadn’t been occupied for a while. However, after using some room spray, it wasn’t an issue at all. The jacuzzi was a highlight! It had a bit of sand and leaves at first, but the water circulates well and stays warm and clean. The house was super kid-friendly, with lots of toys. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine, which was really handy. Since we went to the beach often, we had a lot of laundry, and the washer and dryer were super convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and this place made our trip even more special. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable, well-located stay near Bondi Beach!

Wave Hill is beautiful property with stunning views. We stayed with our friends for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place, the property is high end and it walking distance to Lennox high street. Dimity was lovely and was always on hand when we needed. Would 100% recommend Wave Hill to friends and family! We hope to be able to stay again was great!

What a wonderful place. It is part of the Caves Beach Resort so there is access to the pool (for when the surf is a bit rough) It is walking distance to Caves Beach Bar. In the opposite direction is a set of shops and restaurants. Along the beach are the sea caves which are easily accessible at low tide

Just wow! From booking to check out, this process was a dream - just like the property. Presented amazingly! Beautiful interior, everything you could need. Kim was wonderful - so helpful and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

Lorena was incredibly kind and patient host. Locked our key inside the place and she very very kindly drove an hour to open the door and was very kind about it. Always responsive and lovely home. Incredibly close to bondi! Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay over Easter- the cottage is beautifully decorated and it felt homely. It had everything you needed. We will be back!

The house was very family friendly, great location and had all that you needed for a week away. Walkable to the beach and just back from the main strip meaning it was on a quiet street within easy access to amenities if needed. Rooms were a great size. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Jen’s place whilst we were attending a sports tournament and we had not planned to be home much. The tournament was disrupted with rain and we had to spend a whole day at home and we were so relaxed and recharged, felt right at home and were able to relax . Because the property is set on the top level, the views are lovely and there is lovely airflow through the property and the sun comes through the windows warming it up quickly . We are extremely fussy and clean and could not fault how tidy and clean the property was. Jen was extremely responsive and over and above obliging . We cannot wait to come back and stay again.
