Apartment vacation rentals in Northeast Region

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is clean, well organized, with good size and good accommodation. The building's facilities are also great. Alexandre was super attentive, always responding quickly and worrying that everything went well. The location is great, close to malls, restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, beach and markets. Sure, when I return to Salvador, I will try to stay there again!

Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

Very nice accommodation, super quiet neighborhood, safe and easy to access place. We loved it! Everything was impeccable and wonderful. I recommend it and will definitely be back. The host is a dear .

My hosting experience was excellent! The space is exactly as in the pictures – clean, well decorated and very cozy. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. The accommodation is beautiful, just like the photos. It's very welcoming, I didn't miss anything. Extremely clean and tidy. Ruhan was very attentive and quick to answer. The stay is well worth the stay.

The apartment was as advertised. We travel as a family. With children and we enjoyed it very much. 10 blocks from the center of Pipa, 3 blocks from the beach. Very good location. The kitchen equipment was very complete and everything worked perfectly. The host was always very friendly and often gave us recommendations for the city, always attentive. It has parking and a very good pool.

Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost for not following. The palace of the arts is a painting gate, pay attention to that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Baía dos Golfinhos, and the closest tourist attraction is clearly the plateau, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air-conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties in terms of safety, comfort, access to beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Anyone with a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

Very cozy place, with breakfast included( I had never seen in this in these types of accommodation) of all I was in Salvador was the most complete. Identical apartment in the photo, great location, close to the beach, mall and supermarket. Doña Vera Lúcia was great, her hospitality and concern for the comfort of the guests, the apartment is beautiful, very tidy, new, clean and comfortable. Super recommendable¡

All went well. My communication with the owners was great and with the assistant who received us very good tb. The place where the apt is located is very nice, close to everything and the apt itself, although very simple is cozy and clean. The only thing I'd like to suggest is to leave at least salt, sugar and coffee! Essential things that were missed as soon as we arrived. But it's just a suggestion. My stay was great Thank you

Dear, I would like to leave a suggestion to improve the guest experience. The refrigerator in some of the APs was turning off whenever I removed the card to go down to the leisure area, leaving the drinks hot, another thing is the time, we were on vacation and we wanted to stay up until later, but the whole space is turned off at 11 p.m., that was bad, otherwise everything was great.

We had a great experience during our stay. The structure met all our expectations. The apartment was very well cleaned, organized and with a cozy decor, which made us feel very comfortable from the first moment. The condominium is also very pleasant. The common areas are very well maintained, especially the swimming pools and the leisure area. The gym is excellent and has a good variety of equipment, which was a big plus for those who like to keep up their exercise routine, even when away from home. The host was attentive and available to provide all appropriate information/guidelines. Communication was quick and effective, which made us feel even more comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a quiet, well-structured place with great service! Sure, we'll be back for a next chance!

Danilo's apartment was extremely clean and organized. We were on the property quickly, only for a night's sleep after a long journey and were able to rest perfectly. I already knew the condominium/development but since I was the first time until today it has improved a lot. The staff are very polite, the place is airy and has a lot of privacy. One thing I loved was the fact that the apartment was turned to a forest and not to the leisure area. This made all the difference for me because we were able to rest and enjoy the view of the trees in a rainy night. We love it and will definitely be back.
