The site corresponds perfectly with the photos and description, in fact exceeded expectations, because it is very well equipped, with bath and beach towels, bedding, new kitchen utensils, washer and air conditioning. The location is great, safe, shopping nearby, plenty of tbm restaurants. Dona Rosa is the icing on the cake, kind, helpful and very polite, I felt at home. Thank you immensely! I'll definitely be back!

The stay was the best possible! the environment was extremely clean and organized, the condominium has a swimming pool and parking which made everything even better. Close to the center, to do everything by walking, we do not use the car for anything. There is a little market next to the condominium, which is perfect. I have nothing to complain about, it was the best choice I made.

The loft is very comfortable, organized and clean. Igor was very attentive and communicative. You can see that he and his wife have thought about every detail that can make the guest experience pleasant, comfortable and convenient. The loft is very close to the beach and was an ideal place to relax with peace of mind. I'll come back more often.

great place,close to the beach, up to 3 people is quiet to stay, just put a mattress on the floor. Overall a good place.

Eduarda's apartment is very ventilated and with two large rooms, it fits from 3 to 5 people with peace of mind. Passionate about the view of Beach of Areia Preta. The swimming pool and gym also enriched the stay. We miss some kitchen and curtain items in the living room. I recommend it and would come back again.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, being very cozy and functional and we found the impeccable apartment on our arrival. The location is great, less than 15 minutes from the airport uber, near shooping and less than 5 minutes by car from the Orla de Boa Viagem. The hostess gave all the access instructions and even though the night had arrived, it was very easy to locate me and check in. It's definitely worth the cost-effectiveness.

Leila's place is in a great location, on a block that has prime trades for those staying. The place looks very much like the description. I found the bathroom a little tight, but nothing that compromises the days I was there.

I loved the apartment and the treatment I had during the stay. Me felt completely welcomed by host Mariana. Very easy to reach, enter and "use" the apartment, which is very comfortable, clean and cozy. I must certainly return at other times.

Amazing experience! André's service is well differentiated, made several recommendations and was present at various times. Canela is an amazing, super calm neighborhood, has a fruit shop just ahead, pharmacy and cafeterias around the corner and is super quiet. To finish, the physical space is surreal of beautiful, the decoration, the experience was worth too much!

The place is like the description, rustic, but very cozy, in fact like a beach chalet, a few meters from the beach you can walk, we were afraid to go by low car, but although it is a very sandy terrain we had no problems with the car. Renata, very solicitous, gave us instructions on local transportation and indications, helped us a lot and was always available. Our stay was wonderful and we plan to come back.

The studio is bright and quiet,well equipped. But:There is no phone reception that fluctuates WiFi.

Ideal location for two people, complete with items for use in kitchen, bedroom, etc. We stayed only one night, but we were well received is a great option for those who prefer to stay in a quieter and private place rather than a hotel with shared areas.

Excellent lodging. Comfortable and clean apartment, we love the cold beer that was waiting for us. Very attentive Larissa. The praía Vilas do Atlântico, next to the flat, is very beautiful, excellent boardwalk and good tents, at last 10.

Location Note 1000, second time we go to the loft and love! We take great advantage of villas with this location and with the well-equipped mt house!
