Bright, cozy, private, 1 bedroom coach house

You will love this sunny, comfortable, and relaxing coach house. It has everything you might need to have the feeling of home. The suite contains a large kitchen/dining area with seating for four, a living room with a sofa bed (double bed), a recently renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower, and one bedroom (queen bed) with a large closet. The suite is clean, recently painted and tastefully decorated. The suite includes wireless internet (WIFI), HD TV, Blu Ray DVD, Netflix, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and board. It has a private entrance and parking for two cars. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment and basic spices. We are located in Kingsville, ON, on the road to Leamington. We are about three kilometers (2 miles) from the Kingsville dock (Ferry to Pelee Island) and the core of the town where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and interesting places to visit. We are about 15 minutes from Point Pelee National Park, 45 minutes from Windsor and Detroit and Whether you come to the area for vacation, work, or you are relocating, the guest suite may be a very good option for you for a relaxing stay. We offer accommodation by the night, or week (as many weeks as you want) and can provide service in English or Spanish.

In 1946 my parents lived here, using the upstairs as dad's veterinarians office. I've remodeled it using their doors, sinks, and artwork, an Amish made bed & bedding, and included locally made soaps & coffee. My parents were simple, peaceful, and relaxed, and I hope you feel that during your stay. This unique building has one bedroom, one bathroom, a small living area with a pull-out couch and kitchen. The name of the cottage was very appropriate. It was very private and refreshing. Wish the weather was a little warmer so we could have sat outside on the patio. Appreciated that they left a binder with all the information from checking to checkout. Also had info on restaurants and how they built their little cottage. Loved the books and especially the book they gifted us. Hope to return.

This place was a nice stay and friendly hosts. There is privacy and also a couch bed which is nice. I was asked for government ID which later they said I was ok without, but I find this unappealing as this was not mentioned in the listing until the day of. I'm sure its for safety reasons they have in the checkin process.

We loved our little getaway at Jeannine’s place!! She accompanied us soo well with our little one with a crib, changing table, high chair, and even baby gates. We felt soo comfortable letting him just crawl around the house and explore (he just learned) because it was soo safe and baby proof. Loved how it was ducked off soo peaceful and relaxing. Jeannine was also soo great with her communication.

Coming to this cottage felt like stepping into a fairytale. The little touches from the cute drinking glasses to the monk fruit sweetener, made us feel comfortable and at home. The cottage is on a quiet street but walkable to downtown (30 mins). You can even see the eater from the front door. The outdoor shower was my favorite feature because, um, you're outdoors and can listen to the birds the whole time. Our hosts were lovely people with fantastic restaurant and landmark suggestions. All around, I can't think of a better mommy getaway for my and my friend. Thank you for having us! Can't wait to make this a yearly event :)

Wissam and Jenny were wonderful hosts! They had great recommendations and so many little touches of service that really added to our stay from wine to homemade cappuccinos. The yard was great for our dog and the wood fire place was excellent to cozy up on the chilly nights. The place is right on the lake and the area has a number of winery's just a 5min drive away. Would definitely recommend their guest house!
