Monthly Rentals in Northalsted, Chicago

Had a great stay! Perfect location just a short walk to the Red Line and to the Boystown area. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs and neighboring units, but that’s to be expected in apartment style buildings like this. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Great place to stay!

Our trip was for my son’s and now daughter in law’s beautiful wedding in Chicago. Steven was an amazing host and made everyone welcome and everything stress free for the entire stay. The apartment is perfectly located with amenities in the immediate neighborhood including magnificent restaurants and many shops, as well as easy access to other cool neighborhoods, the L and buses and of course the magnificent City that is Chicago 💕 There is no convenience that Steven hasn’t thought of and if there are any queries he responds immediately. One evening he even parked my rental car outside for me as I have not quite remastered the art of Chicago street parking ! Having this apartment as a base made our trip back to Chicago like being at home again 💕A massive thank you to Steven 🙏😎😘

Wonderful stay at a wonderful location. Cozy well appointed space with all kitchen supplies you could want! Walkable to everywhere including the lake.
