Monthly Rentals in North York

I had a good long-term stay at this Airbnb. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions and always responding quickly to any questions. There was an issue with the heater at one point, but the host handled it right away with care and professionalism. Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly, and I really appreciated how attentive the host was. The unit is a bit smaller than expected based on the photos, with a low ceiling and a compact kitchen. The kitchen amenities are fairly basic—perfectly fine for daily meals but not ideal for cooking in large batches. The bed is very comfortable, and all the appliances (laundry, TV, dishwasher) were very good quality. The location is fantastic, and the building is safe and well managed, making for a very pleasant stay overall.

Location location location, importance to speak 3 times. The heart of North York, walkable to subway, supermarket, cinema, restaurant, etc. strong recommendation.

Marta was a lovely host, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in North York! Marta’s place was very clean on arrival and she was very warm and welcoming! She kept the walkway salted to keep it from being too slippery and was very kind to check in and make sure I was comfortable. I was very happy to stay here for a month! I would recommend staying with Marta to anyone, I had an 11/10 experience! ☺️
