This place was perfect for us being only ten minutes from our sailing race at Carsington. It's a really unusual property with lots of character tied into the history of the area. The beds are very comfortable, cleaning was impeccable and it's really well equipped. The stairs are steeper than usual, which is part of the charm of the place. Not a problem for us but worth noting for anyone looking to book.

Spacious and comfortable house - perfect for our family Christmas gathering. We chose it because of the large kitchen diner and connected lounge area - and the photos do not do justice to how comfy the sofa area is! All of the bedrooms and large and homey, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. The house has character which we really liked, but the stairs were tricky for my elderly mum - you really do need to hang onto the banisters. Luckily there’s a downstairs loo so she didn’t have to manage the stairs too often. We had a lovely couple of days there over Christmas, and Lee had kindly decorated it for us. Lee was very responsive and helpful. All in all, a great base for a large family visiting the Midlands and we’ll probably return. Thanks Lee!

What a fabulous cosy cottage. Everything about it is well thought out. Beautifully decorated, clean & comfortable. The location is perfect, Winster is a lovely, friendly village with walks from the door to suit all abilities. We will definately be returning.

A lovely little find right on the edge of the town centre of Sutton Coldfield. Perfectly suitable for a family visit, with a homely feel to the place. Host was helpful when required. Very nice little home that wasn't too pricey. Would stay again if visiting the area.

We were working in Birmingham at either end of the City, so this was a good ideal location for both parties. There was a shop close by so we were able to buy appropriate food and Lee had all necessary utensils. It was clean, nicely decorated and fit for purpose. We would recommend

I recommend Lee’s place to anyone, peaceful and quiet if you want to get away, a range of shops and restaurants a short cab ride or drive away, I’m already planning my next stay, thanks Lee.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable and spacious, everyone was happy with their rooms and everyone slept well. We definitely recommend anyone who needs a place in the area to stay at a reasonable price to consider Teresa’s accommodation. Very hospitable and very quick to help when needed. We will be staying here again when we start our other contract in the area if it is possible.

A very quiet spot but walkable to Nottingham Playhouse and the centre of the city. Great comfy bed with lots of facilities and equipment. Top class! x x

This place is FAB! Spacious, clean, and the location is just perfect you are right in the centre and everything is so easy to get to! Check in process was smooth and was able to contact the host whenever I needed which was also great. Can’t recommend this place enough, suits the needs of just about everybody! Thanks for having me, I’ll certainly be using it again for Birmingham stays!

We are two sisters from HK and have a lovely stay, just feeling like a home, at Jo's Hedges from 4 Nov to 3 Dec 2024. Jo is an excellent host. She is friendly, welcoming and responsible. She allowed us an early check in. She recommended a list of good eating places and sceneries to us during our stay. The location of bnb is perfect, just within a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes and public transports. The bnb is tidy, spotlessly clean, quiet and safety. The bed is comfortable with supportive mattress. The bathroom is clean and modern. The kitchen has all necessary utensils. We highly recommend Jo's Hedges to other people. We will surely stay at this bnb again if we come to Beeston.

I booked this space on behalf of my parents. Danielle and her husband were very helpful during their stay promptly helping us when needed. The place in itself was comfortable. There was ample heating suitable for the December weather. The kitchenette was stocked well.

This was out second time returning to these properties, stayed at Deere Pod last time and The Walnut Tree this time Both stays have been amazing, property is really clean, good size accommodation and has everything you could want. The hot tub and outside area is really private and quiet. The Host has clearly put a great deal of thought behind these pods and we loved the Christmas decorations, was a really nice touch. The Host is friendly and easy to get hold of if needed, but the property was very easy to check in and out and the location is very peaceful and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Many thanks and hope to return again in the New Year!!

We stayed 2 nights in Cherry Pod with our 2 children (6 and 3). We arrived in the snow and it was like a magical winter wonderland! Sarah gave us really helpful, clear instructions on how to access to property which made our arrival really simple. Despite poor weather we were so comfortable and cosy all weekend, the scenery was beautiful and we had everything we could have possibly needed and Sarah kindly even left us some birthday treats, which made it even more special. She was also extremely helpful in giving us local recommendations for places to eat and visit for the day. When we were packing up to leave, Sarah also kindly allowed us and the children to visit their 4 very friendly Alpacas, which was an absolute highlight! We absolutely loved our stay and have no doubt we'll be back - highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here. So quiet and peaceful and very private. Very spacious area including outdoor and indoor areas. Hot tub was perfect. Everything you could need/ want for a great stay. We will be booking again.

Exceeded our expectations and exactly as described on the listing. If you fancy a secluded house in a scenic location, this is the place. Lots of places to hike locally with great views and no need to drive. Would highly recommend and I have a feeling we’ll be back. Anna was very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much!

Lovely little place, peaceful,cosy, beautiful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing weekend, added bonus hot tubs, all ready for you to get in for when you arrive, dog treats for the pets, and a friendly welcome to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely go back

We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous cabin. Spotlessly clean, beautifullly decorated and so comfy. We slept really well and the cabin is perfectly equipped with all we could have needed! We only stayed for one night for a nearby family gathering but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the cabin and explore the local area some more - it's just stunning. Would wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous AirBnb. Thank you to the great hosts!

Took a girls trip to Elles Deere Cabin, it’s exactly as shown on pictures and in fact the hot tub area is better than advertised, there’s are 2 outdoor heaters and hot tub is ready for arrival! It covered us from storm Darragh so made the night so much more enjoyable! Elle also managed to sort birthday balloons last minute and upon our arrival there was Prosecco and other bits in the fridge which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend anyone looking for a quiet night away! Only thing to note is if your looking for a local shop there is a new co op in Tamworth (10 min drive) however it is difficult to find as maps takes you to new build estate so if required try go to the shop before arriving!
