Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

We had the most wonderful stay at Toodles Cottage over Christmas! The location in Cromford is perfect—so close to Matlock Bath and surrounded by beautiful walks that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Anya went above and beyond to make our Christmas special, with thoughtful extra touches and lovely Christmas decorations that made the cottage feel magical. It’s clear that this is a much-loved home, and we felt so lucky to have stayed there. We truly hope to return someday—thank you, Anya, for a fantastic experience.

Really loved my stay here. It’s perfect for a quiet get away. Lots of walks nearby. Also really enjoyed some evenings in the characterful country pub Miners Standard. Highly recommend!

If you're in doubt, book Adam's place now! We had a perfect family weekend away with 10 of us celebrating a wedding. Adam was helpful in communicating the layout of the place so we could figure out which rooms were being shared and answered every question we had in advance. On arrival, there were lots of thoughtful touches: from a surprise cake to the hot tub already being on and ready to use! The beds were incredibly comfy, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and it was such a perfect weekend. The house and grounds are stunning, were spotless on arrival and exactly as listed: I'd highly recommend staying here whether it's a small or large group!

Lee was an excellent host, pro active in messaging, checking in on anything we needed. Everything was in an easy place to find and had everything we needed and more! Hot tub set up ready to go, would definitely recommend Lee to friends and family 👏😀

Was such a lovley place from start to finish me and wife loved it when you go places and think if had this that this place just had it all down to buttons in fridge and milk blankets and speaker it had it all I will deffo be going back soon I could not ask for any think so clean and comfortable down to little bits it was all top quality from start to finish thank you 😊

We stayed 2 nights in Cherry Pod with our 2 children (6 and 3). We arrived in the snow and it was like a magical winter wonderland! Sarah gave us really helpful, clear instructions on how to access to property which made our arrival really simple. Despite poor weather we were so comfortable and cosy all weekend, the scenery was beautiful and we had everything we could have possibly needed and Sarah kindly even left us some birthday treats, which made it even more special. She was also extremely helpful in giving us local recommendations for places to eat and visit for the day. When we were packing up to leave, Sarah also kindly allowed us and the children to visit their 4 very friendly Alpacas, which was an absolute highlight! We absolutely loved our stay and have no doubt we'll be back - highly recommend!

Lovely lodge set in a wooded enclave with easy walking distance to a picturesque village and local pub. The lodge was beautifully styled and well equipped. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Absolutely brilliant way to spend new years eve. Callum has thought of everything with this place and even left us a bottle of Prosecco which was very thoughtful. Spent a wonderful evening in relaxing surroundings and the hot tub was just perfect. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous cabin. Spotlessly clean, beautifullly decorated and so comfy. We slept really well and the cabin is perfectly equipped with all we could have needed! We only stayed for one night for a nearby family gathering but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the cabin and explore the local area some more - it's just stunning.
