Cozy and beautiful room which is easy to access and is at a walkable distance from Broad Street. You cannot ask for more.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was extremely cozy, perfect for my weekend at the NEC. The place was spotless, looked exactly like the photos and had everything I needed for my stay there (cooker, microwave etc) The heated pipes under the flooring was a great surprise! Felt nice to walk around the place and feel warm. The garden area is secluded and gives you plenty of privacy which was nice touch for me. Plenty of buses in the area for travelling around Birmingham, and if you wanted to, you can even walk to the NEC in 40 mins like I did haha Mikaela was a great host and I would highly recommend staying at her place if you’re away in Birmingham 10/10!!!

The Snug was a brilliant find. Clean and comfortable. Decor to a high standard in a great location. Lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated. Excellent communication. Hosts kindly left a lovely note and gift for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you!

I had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was fully clean with lots of amenities and working heaters. The kitchen was great because it had everything down to extra tissue, bin bags, saucepans and many utensils. The sofa was nice and comfy, lots of pillows for comfort. Bathroom was big, lovely nice shower with a sink nearby by, under it there was a cabinet with any cleaning supplies that you would want to use. The bathroom was even supplied with a bathroom mat. The only thing that might need changing is the shower pipe as it was slightly twisted because of overuse previously, but was great overall. The bedroom was lovely too, a nice wardrobe that even came hangers for clothes and a fan if it got too hot during the night, there was also another small TV which was great to have. The pillows and blankets were super soft and so was the bed, it could be a little bigger but considering the room size a double bed is best suited. It was really comfy and felt like home.

Had everything I needed and more. Andrew was very flexible and accommodating. Would Highly recommend this stay.

exactly as advertised, perfect for a short work trip. had everything we needed, was well kept, and the host was a proactive communicator. was pleasantly surprised to have a dedicated parking lot for the apartment. would stay again.

Beautiful cottage in lovely surroundings - perfect for a few days away - the property is clean and beautifully decorated and has everything you need- I would definitely recommend for a peaceful break and has the added bonus of having a great local pub on the doorstep

Our operatives liked this property, no issues upon checking in and they had a comfortable stay. Only note they mentioned to me was the area to park was a squeeze for our work van, other than that no issues at all.

Was a really nice home and we loved it. Host was lovely let us check in early only thing was the cleaning was a bit shabby but other than that will book again

We had a pleasantly comfortable, warm and satisfying stay at this 2.5 bed + 2.5 bathroom house! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, washing machine + drier and a large fridge. The hosts are one of the best in business and I have often stayed at their other properties as well and this one although doesn’t has the charm of a beautiful neighbourhood but is modern and almost Scandinavian in it’s choice of furnishings & interiors. Great TV, minimalist furniture, very good showers, 2 parking bays with one having a Tesla Charger were all plus points and I would totally recommend this place for a group of up to 4-5 people. There’s a decent backyard as well which we couldn’t use due to extremely cold weather but would be a big boon for someone travelling in summers! All in all, we had a wonderful stay 😁

Excellent location - very peaceful surrounded by fields, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants. Cosy cabin vibes while being comfortable and full of modern amenities inside. Lovely outdoor space with seating and secluded enough from other lodges on the property. Thank you, John, we had a great time.

Lovely little house in a perfect location for the village where we have family who we were visiting. Everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Gregg left us a few welcome extras which were very much appreciated. We needed a little extra time on the day we checked out and Gregg was very accommodating allowing us a couple of extra hours, making our last day so much easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Me and my Family came down to spend some time in Leicester and staying at Olly created lovely memories.Very close to shops and activity places.Loved the stay and very spacious and simple which we loved.

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Teresa's. Before the snowboarding lesson at SnowDome for the little one. We really like the character of the place with the exposed beams. Archie really enjoyed seen the horses and chickens. Spotlessly clean and everything what you need for your stay. Thank you for having us and we do recommend the place!

This was a great flat, perfect for a month when working in Atherstone. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. Ian could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend

The location of the property is fantastic, with direct access to the Victoria Centre via the lift. Steve is an outstanding host, and it was a pleasure communicating with him. The property was exactly as described—highly recommended, 5 stars!

I’d highly recommend The Hayloft. The property exceeded our expectations and the pictures really don’t do it justice. The space was warm, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The bathroom is really lovely, well lit ( a real bonus in my opinion as so many bathrooms have terrible lighting), the bath is deep and comfortable, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We loved the location which is really peaceful and set in beautiful countryside. There are walks directly from the property and it was a joy to see the goats, pigs and chickens in the barn nearby. A really lovely bonus was to have delicious local bread, homemade jam and mince pies, biscuits,milk and butter provided. There was also a bottle of champagne , festive flowers and a lovely little Christmas tree which made it all the more special.

Lovely place in a fantastic location. James was an excellent host, responsive and helped with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious with really nice decor. And the location is brilliant if you like scenic walks along the river, there’s also a leisure centre 5 minute walk away with a gym, swimming pool plus other activities. Highly recommend
