We had a great, almost week here! The house was huge (3 floors). Would be great for multiple families. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The location, balconies, and hot tub were some of our favorite parts. The communication from owners was top notch. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

We took our teens here for a graduation trip for our daughter. The house comfortably held all 8 of us. We asked for extra towels, and they were quickly provided. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the views. Sitting on the deck watching the waves and listening to the ocean all day long were spectacular. The house was stocked with books and games. Our young adults and teens (6 of them!) enjoyed doing the puzzles and playing games. The kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware for all of us. Starter paper goods were available, and we easily replaced them with Walmart delivery. Both Walmart and Costco deliver to the property, making it easy to relax. We used the kitchen and the BBQ daily. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing bonding time with our kids. And thank you for accommodating delayed flights both on arrival and departure! Sam was very kind taking time to explain everything to us and answer any questions. THANKS! 10 plus stars!

I wanted a spacious home with a pool and hot tub that was close to the beach for a spring break getaway with my kids, my daughter's friend, and our dog, and Beja House was that and much more! The hosts proactively offered to get the office ready for me -- I'd mentioned in my reservation notes that I'd need to attend a couple Zoom meetings for work during our stay. The house was stocked with everything you need and more for cooking, cleaning, vacationing: There were sodas and water bottles in the mini fridge. There were plenty of beach towels, sun screen, beach chairs, pool noodles. There were even poop bags and a leash, which was nice to have in when we realized we'd left ours on the third floor on our way out the door to the beach. The saltwater pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids (11, 12, and 14), as was the fire pit, where we roasted marshmallows to make smores with the smores kit that was waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived. These guys know what they're doing!

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

Tia’s place in Surf City was truly wonderful! My family was so comfortable and felt right at home, and everything was so well stocked that I did not need to even unpack our essentials I had brought just in case. I was incredibly impressed with all of the coffee options and space we had, and even the smallest of details were thought of (flashlights and beach toys made taking my kids to the beach a breeze). Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, helpful signs were thoughtfully placed throughout, and the location was perfectly walkable even with a toddler! Our trip was relaxing and peaceful - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much!

The street was easy to find off the highway. House was clearly marked. I arrived at night day before Thanksgiving, I had a personal issue and the Host responded within minutes! House was warm and clean. Photos match description. Private back porch table and chairs. Very comfortable bed. Peaceful, safe family neighborhood. Only minutes to groceries, restaurants and highway 50 to Topsail Island. I stayed Thanksgiving to visit family. (Wed -Mon) Cooked in kitchen. I had everything I needed. Wifi worked great. Plenty of hot water and hangers in the closets. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stayed longer. I took doggie bags and bed for our dog. Not wheelchair accessible. I saw toy box for kids. Lots of books. The only thing I'd take next time is my own Roku if my teen son was with me. The TV had Sling TV available. I didn'twatch TV so idk about local channels. plenty of kid shows on Sling for family. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to my host!

Wow! Smriti's home is amazing! We enjoyed it all. From beginning to end, it was sad to leave. We definitely plan on returning for a full week! The home was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable, the hot tub & swimming pool were a hit! Kids & adults enjoyed ot to the max. The decks overlooking the ocean was priceless & we even got to see some dolphins. This beach house was perfect four our family of 6. Being able to walk right out to the beach is amazing, and if you don't want to walk out to the beach, the view from the upper deck is fabulous! Amy's place had everything we needed to cook breakfast and seafood dinners. We appreciated the use of the house beach chairs - less items to travel with! Great local produce (Andrews Produce) down the road, we love going to the Seafood Market for the daily catch, and we tried Topsail Steamer (pot worked great on top of the grill). Great long weekend at Topsail and wish we could have stayed longer.

Lauren was a great host. She was very responsive and flexible. The home was located a short walk to the ocean. It was very clean and spacious. The elevator came in handy for our elderly parents, and it was perfect for the luggage. We would definitely stay here again!
