I had great time during my stay and Anne was a wonderful host. The condo is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Little River is an awesome location with a wide array of bars and restaurants and real close to some of my favorite golf clubs. I would definitely recommend

My stay this winter at the Cottages at Pearl Beach was fantastic. Tina and Jason were very friendly, responsive, and proactive. The location is awesome, you can see the ocean from the end of the driveway and can walk to the beach in about 4 minutes. Unexpected bonus, the stars at night are amazing from the parking lot

Upon entry the home smelled musty, but either we got used to the smell or it went away. King bed was extremely comfortable. Can’t beat the location! The view from the patio was gorgeous! Just steps away from the beach! Would stay here again!

We went to the beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay! The host was great with communication! The bed was not very comfortable the first night, so they sent a mattress topper over the next day and it made the bed more comfortable. I was really impressed that they tried so hard to make it better. AC worked great. We stayed nice and cool. The room is beautiful. It looks like the pictures. The view is phenomenal! And the beach is right there. The resort itself was nice and we loved that there are two restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop, and an Italian ice stand all on site. The bar is beside the pool, which made our pool time more fun!
